Just a change of brush for today, so I'll skip the pic, just this...

2 pass WTG + touchups = DFS+. Great shave.

Could Hamami be the best soap fragrance produced by Noble Otter?

Straightened a few teeth on the 7 O'clock and took her for a spin
Nice close 2 Pass WTG = DFS the 7 O'clock is a nice efficient razor, the sweet spot is easy to find and maintain throughout the shave. Feels safe and well protected by the long open combs.
Only downside was buffing for the whole first pass and then went for Gillette slide second pass - Close enough to remove the scab from last nick
Gael Laoch is a very enjoyable scent that surprised me with pleasant whiffs throughout the day

A collaboration between Murphy & McNeil, with John Perry and Rafa Patino of @xicanodesign.
This scent comes in versions Black (Regular) and White (with synthetic cooling) and is dedicated to the warrior in us all.

Scent Strength: Medium
Top: Bergamot, Lemon, Pepper
Middle: Pepper, Rose, Peppermint
Base: Sandalwood, Vetiver, Patchouli, Lavandin

An aquatic accord with hints of zesty citrus and fresh/green mint, some may recognize this fragrance as an homage to Creed's "Viking" (no affiliation).

Pre-shave: Hot shower
Brush: Vintage butterscotch Simpson shaving brush
Soap/Cream: Phoenix & Beau Spitfire shaving soap
Razor: Rhodium Replated Vintage Gillette L1 Slim Adjustable (4)
Blade: Gillette Minora (2)
Post-shave: Phoenix & Beau Spitfire splash
Fragrance: Phoenix & Beau Spitfire solid cologne

Was lured to go outside without a coat on this morning by the "warm" sunlight. Bloody cold wind meant I nearly snapped my bits off! Never trust Spring - it lies! (Glad you liked the 7OC @Holiday)

Pre: Hot Shower, Nivea Skin & Stubble
Brush: DSCosmetic T4
Soap: Nordic Shaving Company Coffee
Razor: Fine Marvel
Blade: Bic Chrome Platinum (1)
Post: Nivea Skin & Stubble, Aloe Vera

The Bic is pretty damn sharp, maybe slightly edging out the Nacet. A bit rough but I think it kinda smoothed out towards the end.

A little pissed and annoyed the reason and first off massive thanks to Matt for sample. But about the PAA CK-6 The Beach it had all the attributes I would want in the scent it was amazing it almost did have the scent of the beach when the breeze blows and you get that backlash of the sea. Very slightly fruity, great lather good application, then it kicked in slight burning irritation on my skin ended not with a smile struggled through for the third pass was glad to wash of the residual. Such a shame but I wonder how much some soap makers put into to actually testing their soaps.
The Yintal Adjustable I do think I've used this before but wanted to go again, it was in the PAB. It's well made the adjustable functions well. It gave a close shave started out on 3.5 but dialed it down to 2.5 it felt a lot more comfortable. Not sure I'd add one to my Den but worth considering. Probably through my own carelessness nicked myself a couple times but again as in the past thanks to Wok who gave me an Osma Alum Block which did the trick.

Try the soap again, you might be surprised you won't get the burn on the second attempt.

Razor-Muhle R41 Grande Twist
Brush-Yaqi Space 26mm
Soap-Blue Devil Lavender Patch
Blade-Gillette Minora
Aftershave-Squadron Warden

Nice to go back to this razor as it corrects any technique that might of lapsed. Nick free and such a quick shave every time. Lavender Patch is a winner..prefer this over Stirling Bergamot Lavender. Probably the best soap base I have.

Are you planning to get the R41 stainless steel into your den???

Nah I don't see the point. At the rate I rotate through my razors and little wear and tear this one will still probably outlive me. And I prefer the heft of this version over the normal three piece version.

This is one configuration I have been looking forward to trying after seeing the "Vintage NEW head on TSW Bren handle" feature regularly in @Mark1966 rotation. I knew it must be a good combination.
Had hoped to achieve this with brass New LC and Karve handle but the Canadian New must have a different thread again - Finally have it with 7 O'clock and RazoRock Bulldog Handle - no buffing today

Who can tell me what the grungy truffle scent is in the base of some products?
Gael Laoch has this off the puck and post shave but dissipates into a sweet citrus smell quickly. I must admit I enjoy the grunginess reminds me of good Feta and Truffles but glad it dissipates.
Base notes are Sandalwood, Vetiver, Patchouli, Lavandin
