Pre-Shave: Hot Shower
Brush: Yaqi - Moka 26mm 2 band finest
Soap/Cream: A&E - Peaches & Cognac
Razor: Blackland - Vector Ti
Blade: Schick - Proline (7)
Post-shave: A&E - Peaches & Cognac AS splash / A&E - skin food nourishing cream

2 Pass WTG Daily shave = DFS+. Another great shave today. Seven shaves in on the Proline and the shave still feels as good as the first. A much better experience with this soap and splash. Now I experienced a much cleaner peach scent note, with the booziness of the cognac more prominent, both peach and cognac scents evident in the dry down along with leather, woodiness, vanilla, and a light tobacco note. Last time I used this soap I found it very cloying and synthetic, with a fragrance resemblence to cheap bathroom deodoriser. Sometimes it pays to revisit

If you asked me today if I could have only one razor, the Vector would be my answer.
Agreed - and that's basically what I did. Out went my DE razors, even the Rocca corky. Yes, those DEs do give a fantastic shave, but the Vector is in a league of its own. I keep the Hawk V3 because (1) it's a great little shaver, (2) I need shaking out of my complacency from time to time, and (3) I need some sort of backup in case of accidents.

But there might come a time when I get drunk and order a Ti Vector, and the Hawk will become redundant...:p

Well, that sounds like a plan! :):coffee:
A darn good plan HIC!😵
Well, it's more of a plan not to make a plan. A lot depends on whether there are still any Ti Vectors to be had by the time I'm free of this sabbatical. If not, then not, no big deal. I'm happy with what I've got. Only 2 months to go...

Pre: Hot Shower
Brush: Yaqi Everest
Soap: SJOL Mandarin & Patchouli
Razor: Muhle Rocca R95 Birch
Blade: Gillette Platinum (2)
Post: The Ordinary Glycolic Acid Toner, Nivea Skin & Stubble

Seems telling to me that the razors that appear on SOTD very regularly are the Rocca and the Vector? :sneaky:

Brush: TROYCRAFT Custom Transparent, White & Blue 24/53mm 2 Band Finest (P&C Charity Auction 2021) - thanks @TroyTools
Razor: Alpha Shaving Works Outlaw + Bravo handle
Blade: Wizamet SI (2)
Pre: Shower
Soap: Shaver Heaven Spiced Mahogany - cheers @mark123abc0
Post: @SpeedyPC Homemade A/S Splash // Sukin Hydration Biomarine Facial Serum
WTG, ATG, Touchups = BBS

First lather with the new brush and although I wasn't really looking to add another badger I'm super glad I did as the 2 Band Finest is an underappreciated knot that feels super soft yet is a real lather machine.
Fit & finish of the handle is some of the best I've seen as the colours blend together nicely and the transparent really adds some shine and glass like appearance. I highly recommend you support @TroyTools as he produces the goods!
Second shave with the Wizamet and very happy with the results as the Outlaw DE is a worthy addition to my beloved Rocca with smooth, irritation free shaves that provide 8+ hours of even regrowth...

Stay Safe & Happy Shaves!

Razor: Blackland Vector Ti
Blade: Kai Captain Titan Mild
Brush: Turn-N-Shave M3 28mm Galaxy Sorby
Soap: The Club - Pedro Fiasco
Post: The Club - Pedro Fiasco

Milton has knocked it out the park, M3 is some amazing hair. It’s very soft hair with a bit of scrub (softer than my B13 with less scrub). The 52mm loft had me a little concerned but it’s perfect, great backbone and splay which feels like a wall of badger. Flow through wasn’t an issue either.
Very happy with it so far and it should only get better once broken in.

After a wonderful shave with the Dorko on the weekend the Chinese no-name was feeling a bit tuggy so swapped it out for a P-30 this morning
Single pass DFS++ and 2nd pass just to use up remaining lather and appreciate the experience

Thayer's Witch Hazel mixed with a couple of sprays of LÓccitane Cap Cedrat EDT
I never thought of adding scents to witch hazel like that. Good idea, I might borrow that... :sneaky:
That’s weird, never tried this option

Before you guys go too far, make sure you’re using unscented witch hazel, so it won’t clash or damage the fragrance.

Pre-shave: Hot shower
Brush: Vintage butterscotch Culmak shaving brush
Soap/Cream: APR Fougere Trois shaving soap
Razor: Muhle R95 Rocca Birch Bark handle
Blade: Polsilver 'Brown' (3)
Post-shave: APR Fougere Trois splash
Fragrance: Thai Massaman Curry (inc fish sauce)

OK, learned my lesson this morning. Had a shave and then got a curry for tonight's dinner all sorted in the slow cooker.

From luxuriating in the APR scent, even from just the aftershave, I now smell like curry ...
