Thanks @sealer something there I did not know was the 110 years & secretly I think I do prefer the MondialThat mondial is very cute, and a classic stuff (exactly 110 years making brushes, they surely know something about the business ). I don't know the first brand (That does not mean it is not good either, of course).
Good luck with either
edit: BTW the label 'puro tasso' in english mean pure badger, with was a way to say the high quality of the badger hair clasically. Nowadays there are so many badger fur names, and pure badger is I reckon often used for a 'basic' quality badger hair...
I think they keep it even for boar brushes as a part of the old branding?
I think that's why the number of the brush may came from. here is a bit of history http://www.mondial1908.com/history.htmlThanks @sealer something there I did not know was the 110 years & secretly I think I do prefer the Mondial

Can't say I've heard a lot about Kent's boar brushes but I've yet to come across a Kent product that didn't impress.I was reminded I had the Mondial some 2 years ago but the Kent looks real pretty love the handle
I could never stand the fake badger band on boar brushes
