Well i would have done moar!! But the way you crack pots go on about em it sounded like i was fittna end up with a bathroom smelling like a pub pisser.
Holes getting a bit more stretched though, have 1000 7oclock super platinums on the way (for now)

Yeah I purchased the Apollo H (with reversible plate) and find it a great shaver. The finish is up with the best I have seen and the head when paired with a single plate or the heavier dual plate is very nimble and shaves the trouble spots well.

The weight is mostly in the the handle but overall its worthy of the high praise given by @Errol and the best part is the fact the mild plate shaves smooth but close for daily Damn Fine Shaves!

I just placed an order for the H & S Z074 TI-5. I have the H & S N075 and it’s such a smooth and efficient razor. The Z074 is supposed to be smoother but probably a tad less efficient (.74mm gap). I assume that the N075 has a gap of .75mm (hence the name) so I am willing to sacrifice a slight decrease in efficiency for an increase in smoothness.

If only it were that simple. The blade gap only tells half of the story. The other half (that contributes to blade exposure) is the extent to which the blade protrudes beyond a line drawn between the cap and the bar. This also varies according to your blade, since different brands have different widths from edge to edge. Also, the thickness of the blade makes a difference to the "actual" blade gap, since the working edge can be a different distance from the bar and cap.

I guess this is why some razor manufacturers don't bother specifying a blade gap at all.

On their website, the N075 is described as medium aggressive and the Z074 as mild medium, hence my comment. Also, if it doesn’t work out then I’ll return it and order the P076 (medium aggressive, like the N075) in 17-4. Aji has an excellent return policy. 😁
