Anyway they DEEPFRY a huge t-bone in an castiron pot over open fire...of course in pure tallow....90 seconds and it looks soooo great!

I’ve never been a fan of T bone I think because of the way my Mum used to cook it. She’s a great cook by the way, just can’t cook T bone.
Maybe this is the cooking method I need to try to get into T bone. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
