From my experience, BCAA will have minimal impact on weight loss as it's more to help reduce fatigue during workouts and also make water more pleasant to drink lol. Creatine would make you retain water so there will be a bit of weight gain/fluctuation as you cycle the creatine but I can say that the creatine does help you push harder especially while being on a calorie deficit so the more you lift the more you lose in the end.A mix of emerald labs (whey and BCAA) and some random Creatine.
I actually don’t mind the emerald labs stuff- mixes easily and tasted great.
I’m not that across supps but I just can’t get below 84kg and I’m at a 1k deficit, so we will see if the BCAA helps
Honestly I’m taking the BCAA to support protein synthesis while at a heavy deficit, im not too worried about weight from a high level but more body fat loss,From my experience, BCAA will have minimal impact on weight loss as it's more to help reduce fatigue during workouts and also make water more pleasant to drink lol. I cannot think of that name without being reminded of the Janis Joplin song...A Mercedes Benz
That looks great. Have you given it a run?Because we eat so much leathery sourdough
Not yet, and not just because I dont want to blunten my nice new breadknife, also because we've had rye bread this week which is not as leathery. At the same time I got sick of the near misses and bought a bread knife the wife changed recipesThat looks great. Have you given it a run?
We had friends over for dinner a couple of weeks ago and their children were asking what our bread knife was. I just assumed every family had one…………. just like every family used to have a record player? I guess not everyone makes sourdough these days.
Highest rated affordable one on Google searches and when Prime offers free shipping from US ¯\_(ツ)_/¯have a Kasumi bread knife myself, the tip on yours looks much better

My Father was taken in his coffin from my Mothers house to that song so it seems somewhat appropriate that I own one.I cannot think of that name without being reminded of the Janis Joplin song...
If I get a send-off like that, I hope they use the Ying Tong Song...My Father was taken in his coffin from my Mothers house to that song so it seems somewhat appropriate that I own one.
There won’t be a send-off song like that, otherwise, I’ll just lose my mind.If I get a send-off like that, I hope they use the Ying Tong Song...
