In the top picture, the one on the left is a Timber Wolf knot. This has slightly more backbone than the Tuxedo in the one on the right.

Otherwise, they feel quite dense, probably more so than my Big Bruce. I'll post further comments in a shave of the day post once ive given them a true go.

By the way, these were ordered from Aliexpress on the 25th June and arrived today - not a bad effort at all.

OMG!! OMG!! If you EVER EVER see stuff come up for grabs from @Nightguard seriously consider I got these 2 today the Yardley is unbelievable my wife & me just almost fought over the bottle the scent is to die for almost need to preserve it like a very fine wine, I just love it. A scent so exquisite from a time gone by that by today's standard white washes some that claim to be top shelf scent of today. Though I want to drown in it every day it will have to get used carefully once a week, maybe one of those lucky nights you know the ones ;).

As for the Gillette Twist SLIM well it is a fantastic example and to boot it's dark navy blue handle is exactly what I wanted. :):):)

I won't be using this razor yet until I've moved into my unit first because all my wet shaving gear is put away into a military footlocker ready to be used very soon.

Kikuboshi Takehana 6/8" Full hollow. Been hunting for a while for one of these and had my eye on a beautiful NOS Takehana but thought it was too exy. In retrospect I probably should have bought it (back in June) after seeing the compounding effect of the GST on the item purchase and shipping but am pleased with the condition of this one and won't be at all hesitant to use it. I would've been more reluctant to use the pristine NOS unit so this is probably the more sensible purchase.
Missing washer off front pin but generally in better condition than what I expected. Looking forward to honing it and giving it a run.

Seriously you are going on a mini "sabbatical" until you move in to your new place???
