Arrival from Top Of The Chain today. They all smell great off the tub. It’s going to be a hard choice tomorrow morning
Interested to see your thoughts on Sea Spice Lime as it gets good reviews from a few YT personalities. Nice score! (y)

Mail Call today - thanks Ausfarce

Not too sure about the tuck of ВОСКОД blades :) but first whiff of the new soaps gets the tick of approval. Many thanks @CraigE aigE for the quick shipping and look forward to testing them out in upcoming shaves and purchase the matching splashes... (y)
Cheers @StratMan for the recommendation as lovely scents. ;)

Testing our scent strength for the splash at the moment.

Another 1000 BIC CPs to reach a total of 2700...direct from the official BIC distributor.

Back in 2014, I was blown away by the Wizamet blade.

This year, the BIC chrome platinum is the first blade since the Wizamet to blow me away.
It's buttery smooth, long lasting and super sharp!

The polsilver/Wizamet and BIC are the only blades that I have felt the need to hoard!

I was given some of those as a freebie once. I found they were really hit and miss on quality. Some were blunt straight from the packet, others lasted one shave, some super sharp and lasting 3 or 4 shaves.

@MadFlava81 - I think we ordered our soaps at the same time. Almost the same soaps too (except, I got Talbot - Frankinlime instead of Seaforth - SSL). I got mine on 3/11 (after they arrived in Aus 27/10). 10 days extra, Auspost must be slower at your end.

Astra SP used to be my 'cheaper' middle of the road blades, but I was amazed at how good BICs were when I bought them as part of a sampler a while back. I gave my last tuck away to a friend in his sampler, so bought another sleeve off Amazon as part of my monthly purchase to get my money's worth on Prime. I like them a LOT better than Astra SP and they're about the same price too.

IMHO they're a cheaper alternative to Feathers as much smoother and just as sharp. (y)

The Astra SPs for me went from being a middle of the road blade to a "meh" blade as I found so many better offerings. (The Astra SS didn't rub along with me at all, even though I do generally prefer sharper blades.) I never pursued the BICs, but I remember them as being very good sharp/smooth from the freebies kindly sent (IIRC) by Cary Grant, umm, I mean @Ozwhisker along with an Artisan Arcade order.
