......PJ...take off your jackboots! I might just have to pick up a Semogue Owner's Club in Cherry just to spite you!

I should lend you my reknotted boar brush after which the SOC Cherry, Ebony, Mahogony whatever will end up where some equally jack booted people think sticks of ARKO belong.

Great call. I can see them working well together to keep that porcelain clean and Citrus Fresh.

My morning SOTD was inspired by @Pjotr . Despite our vexatious differences when it comes to shaving brushes, his unfettered, unashamed, undeniable, and unadulterated love of Arko!! has captured my heart. Don't let the haters get to you, Bro.

Brush: Semogue Mistura
Soap/Cream: Arko!!
Razor: Weber PH w/- Bulldog handle
Blade: Personna Med Prep - fresh blade
After-shave: Ogallala Bay Rum, Sage & Cedar

More sweet mojo with this Weber razor. Arko'd up with some lovely slick lather goodness, and a fresh Med Prep blade resulted in a great shave. Topped off with some spicy Bay Rum.

Thanks Stills.

As for the soap in question...well it doesn't fill the room with the aromas of Acqua Di Parma nor Martin De Candre Fougère, but it performs quite impressively.

Same same for me (Fatboy, Simpsons Lavender&Vetiver, Vulfix), although reached into the 'Box-O-Blades' and pulled out......

An Astra SS????

First shave was not good, second was ok. Third this morning was normal, and going to throw it before the next shave.

The Wilks are the French branded ones as pictured, purchased from here as were @Monsta_AU's

Yeah, them there are some nice blades. English Wilks packaged for French market. Cheap as chips really and I got 8 shaves out of it and could have pushed it a couple more.

Did you notice seller is not shipping those to Australia anymore?

We have so much to learn

This is humbling in it's geekiness and yet I find the execution admirable. He must be a Proper Gentleman!

Currently bummed out. i was hoping my mensbiz order would pitch today so I could try some Trumpers gear tomorrow morning. Seems unlikely to make it now.

Wow, I thought that gentleman was the lowest form of insult we had available to use on p&c, but that bloke must be a gentleman's gentleman

Here he is! Minus top hat of course, because a true gun-running preacher-man gentleman doesn't wear one in the car....

As you can see from this picture, the Astra's are bloody horrible blades because that stubble is horrendous. Meanwhile, I have been spoilt by Spoilers, Shickstas and English Wilks lately

Brush: Omega 31025 'Scarlatti'
Soap/Cream: Frankensoap - grated Arlington (50%), Euro Palmolive (25%) and Speick (25%)
Razor: Weber PH w/- Bulldog handle
Blade: Permasharp Super (thanks to @Pjotr )
After-shave: Speick lotion

Stellar shave.
Boar felt nice - it's actually quite a nice knot.
The soap lathers like crazy…especially noting there's not much tallow in there.
Weber - what a razor! PSS is in my top three married with this razor
Speick - it's my Tabac when the weather warms up I reckon!
Stellar shave.
