Razor: Gillette NEW head on TSW Bren handle
Blade: Derby Premium (3)
Soap/Cream: Henri et Victoria Cognac & Cuban Cigars shaving soap
Post-shave: Henri et Victoria Cognac & Cuban Cigars aftershave splash & balm
Fragrance: Henri et Victoria Cognac & Cuban Cigars EDP

Same setup as yesterday, except for the brush. Better outcome, no nicks, smell great.

Wonderful 2 passes with my favourite Monday morning razor. The open comb D makes the smoothest shave with 48 hours prior growth. Throw in a Polsilver and very happy.

After today’s shave, the soap remnants were mushed into the centre of the tub to allow easier loading for the next few days at most.

I really love the Ozymandias scent. Great for a cold Melbourne day....

For someone that's not really a fan of vintage Gillettes I can't put this razor down.its not as efficient as the general but just that notch smoother but it evens out at the end of the shave by doing 3 passes instead of 2 while still staying irritation free.

This soap has settled nicely with some gorgeous sweetness coming off it with the Vetiver providing a subtle and grounding finish.:)
 
Finally!!!! my first tub of any soap used in full, this is a great feeling :)

Starting to learn to really use this razor, getting no more burn and super smooth and close shaves. Thinking of ordering the 0.95 OC now (y)

Brush:- Brush:- Edwin Jagger Synth. v2.0 Silvertip Fibre Faux Horn 25/58mm knot
Soap/Cream:- Valobra (4 shaving sticks press into a 250 ml plastic tub)
Razor/Blade:- Razorock Mission / Polsilver Super Iridium #2
Post-shave:- T.N. Dickinson Witch Hazel Astringent mixed into the 240ml bottle with Natural Glycerin (20), Tea Tree Antiseptic (10), Lavender (15) & Peppermint (10 drops)
Fragrance:- N/A

Well.... at least I can still manage to shave, while I'm recovering from Men's flu

Seems like 6-7 days growth is the new norm for me at present [or thereabouts].
Fresh honed Japanese 6/8" square point. Japanese stone taken through a Nagura routine and finished with linen and leather. Let's say insanely sharp :)
2 passes tonight for fun living on the edge of blood thinners.

After the initial two just average shaves with this setup and the better one yesterday I wanted to make sure I could make this combination since. It can - but it has difficulty with those high notes...

Smell great, no nicks, but I'm fussy sometimes.

2 pass shave with the general today.this is my second tub of this soap which was my first ever shave soap purchase and while I still love the scent as a warm soft version of bay rum the performance is quite lackluster compared to the other soaps in my stash these days.not terrible either just run of the mill.

Just what the doctor ordered after a very long day yesterday installing electrical mains for the new solar array. I haven't spent a day on a shovel for a very long time and surprised I can move today.
