Pre: Cold water face wash goats milk soap and beard oil
Razor: Rockwell 6S (plate N#4)
Blade: GPS/Perma Sharp (9/10) yes folks, my highest number of shaves from a single blade so far and I'm impressed. 3 way shave and still got a decent BBS without tugging hair or any weepers. Quite comfortable to be honest. Edit: wait, I think it's shaves 7&8 sorry.
Soap: Proraso Red
Post: Witch Hazel with Tea Tree and Beard/face moisturiser
You've just made me order this soap, bastard enabler.

B&M Nordost - an ode to oranges
This soap base is super slick and totally awesome. As for the scent, I decided this morning that it was like sitting next to a campfire, drinking a smoky whisky whilst peeling and eating the juciest orange that you can imagine. Happy days.

This is one amazingly slick soap, cannot believe I didn’t like this soap at one stage!!
A) More soap = better lather
B) I’m not afraid to use it up quickly
C) better lather can be had by loading for longer off the puck
D) There’s plenty more soaps under the sink
See point A - D....
hey @tim33z my issue was more than the soap i used to load, i loaded plenty but didnt quite understand the dynamics of making lather relative to the amount of soap and water.
I also did not see the charm of Stirling, so i swapped it.Pre: Hot Shower
