With a little encouragement (enabling) from @bald as going to practice straight shaving in the evenings
Also first attempt with a personally honed razor this evening. 2/3 was fine and luckily that was the toe end, the other 1/3 felt like the lid of a sardine can.

First shave with the haslinger and enjoyed it, looking forward to getting to know the soap a little move. Remembered the music for the first time and it added an extra dimension to the experience for sure…relaxing to blues

The GSB and 34c are a match made in Heaven.
The 34c has even relegated the Game Changer to the reserve bench, except for when I use the Feather blade

Yeah very sharp and comfortable and great audible feedback. My main blade is Feather but GSB is right up there.

I ordered the Yintal DE back in March after reading @Errol 's review of this razor, which was surprisingly positive given the price of the razor (sub $16 delivered). The razor turned up yesterday just when I was ready to give up hope of ever seeing it, but there was still some 12 days left before a claim would not be accepted so I thought I'd wait.

I found Errol's review to be accurate though I don't think I'd be quite as glowing. Fit and finish not comparable to mid range razors (like Razo Rock GC) but of course it would be unreasonable to expect it to be. The shave as Errol said was surprisingly good. Efficient and consistent, leaving me with an easy DFS, though again comparing to the Game Changer, it felt just a little uncivilised or rude. I could shave regularly with this razor, but I won't as I have better, but that's not what I bought it for. I purchased it to have a low end benchmark that wasn't rubbish and to have an economical give away as it would make a cheap introductory razor for someone trying wet shaving.

Once again @Errol 's reviews prove their worth.

Badger & Blade call this a vegan Haslinger Schafmilch Sheep Milk, it’s not really a vegan it’s just how they call it when they change the old formula, because, the lather feels different from the old formula.
