Some epic shaves on the board already today, and this one was also worth getting up for, like a convergence of forces. Matilda performed to expectations, the key word being 'luxury'. Lather whipped to butter/yoghurt and the face feel was different to anything I've tried previously. The only thing I could think of to explain to Mrs Pbgoose was it's like walking barefooted on new wool luxury pile carpet.
Coupled with that was the straight, sent to @bald as as a butter knife and came back 'excalibur'. I don't normally send my straights to @bald as but in my quest for honing perfection I sent my Jnat and Bengall to him for a damn good talking to (i.e. looking for help). @bald as with his usual generosity was able to help me unravel the mysteries of the Jnat and hone my Bengall as a working example.
Ahh, I love this sport......

Cheers mate! Can't get over the finish of the handle and matching head. First shave in and it feels so smooth with the right amount of blade feel and balance from the heavy Stinger handle... I'm happy my search is over as this one is definitely a RAD killer! Close second being the Smart Helix Apollo + Aggressive plate.

Saying that, I'm still on the waiting list for a Wolfman (expected early 2021?) so the "Misses Imposed Sabbatical" may be lifted by then or I might just opt out...?

MWF smell very relaxing and not overpowering at all, smells like basic clean soapy scent without any fragrance at all.

MWF doesn’t clash with your fragrance

Several months later, I find myself still on a sabbatical from purchasing artisan shaving software.
I’ve also had a beard for a while so it’s head shaves and tidying up only these days, not something that is particularly easy with a straight, extremely sharp Japanese hardware helps concentration.
My soaps performance is more than acceptable, designed to be slick more than any other parameter. There’s about $275 of Oud in there, the scent quality is beyond the quality of the usual Oud suspects knocked out at $20 a tub...

The feather is a perfect match for the T95. The sharpness takes the razor up a notch to a level of efficiency I enjoy while remaining very smooth.

This brush is just amazing!! enjoy using it as much as I love looking at it, so glad @alfredus gave me a little nudge in the right direction
