Being a slightly shorter month, I’d thought to try a new way to have some variety in my soaps usage.
Introducing the “tub one day: sample the next” system.
The plan is to stick to the PAA Dapper Doc every second day, but begin to use some samples on the alternative days.
Today was Eufros Cronos. Excellent lather produced in record time. The scent wouldn’t normally be one I’d choose, but it was fine honestly.

Barrister & Mann - Vespers
Thayer’s Original Toner + Nivea Balm

Nice early shave in the morning. I wanted to try this soap one more time before I store it and save it for the cooler months. Really great scent, wish I could get the matching splash for this one.

Its a new week, hope everyone stay safe, happy shaves!

Pre: COLD Shower
Razor: R41
Blade: Wilkinson Sword
Brush: Yaqi 26mm Pony
Soap: Stirling Executive Man
Post: Stirling Executive Man Splash

what a way to start the day with a COLD shower, not due to want but the hot water was turned off at work for some reason, anyway after an invigorating, refreshing shower a cold shave was in order.

The R41 is simply the most efficient razor I have, it is great razor design and a joy to use. I hope Muhle bring out a stainless steel version one day. BBS in 3 passes, no irritation or burn to be seen.

Pre: Pb PSE
Soap: Pb Ylang Ylang
Brush: Semogue 1305
Razor: Vector
Blade: Kai Captain Mild (4)
Post: Pb Calendula Balm
Pb Ylang Ylang was one of my earliest soaps and it doesn't get much of a run as I only like Ylang Ylang occasionally. Time has been kind to this soap with it maturing nicely to give a creamy lather with a mellowed orange/ylang ylang scent.(y)

It seems any spare time I have these days is filled by wrestling with a wheelbarrow of dirt/digging out roots or building garden beds at the moment so here is a brief synopsis of the last month or so shaves.

The Karve has arrived and is quite a nice (aggressive) shave. I'm letting the patina form which will look awesome.

After the safe mindlessness of the Rockwell 6s it's nice to be encouraged to slow the shave down.

It's been shaving well and doesn't seem anywhere near as fussy with a blade to get a close shave.

The Simpsons Bay Rum is my first cream and is fantastic. Getting the load right is the learning curve at the moment but the scent, shave and post feel are all great.

In other news the girlfriend is now the fiance and I've convinced her to let me have the wedding reception in a brewery so venue exploring has been fun.

@Nico how does Timeless and Wolfman compare?

Both are top shelf razors and enjoy using them. The Timeless 0.68 for me sits in between the Wolfman standard gaps WR1 and WR2.
The WR2 being the smoothest. As you know it's all subjective.

Blade: Polsilver
Brush: Yaqi 26mm Pony
Soap: Phoenix Shaving Doppelgänger F Bomb
Post: Phoenix Shaving Doppelgänger F Bomb Splash

Took the F Bomb out for a run with the Timeless and boy this did not disappoint. Excellent soap when dialled in, plenty of cushion and quite slick also. This was one super smooth shave, very happy with the CK6 formula. I held of purchasing due to the high price but got a chance to try it after scoring this lot from @Greenpike.

The timeless never disappoints and combined with a polsilver provides the smoothest shave I have in my arsenal. I was considering selling this once i got my wolf but i dont think i can part with this razor regardless.

i love my timeless, had a killer shave with it this morning. Cant wait to get my hands on the wolf to draw my own comparisons but i dont think i will ever part with the timeless. @Nico have you ever used a 0.95 Timeless? was curious to which blade gap it would compare with on a WR2 head
