Soap: Pb Camphorwood Rocker
Brush: Omega 10019
Razor: Game Changer 0.84P
Blade: Polsilver (3)
AS: Pb Sorro

GFT Violet
Dovo silvertip
Smart Helix Apollo, mild + Feather

I went for three passes this morning as time was on my side. I flipped the head a couple of times and to me, there is not that much difference between the mild and aggressive sides. Not that I can tell anyway. The cream was a pleasant surprise. It whipped up into a nice pinkish lather and had plenty of slickness. If you are a fan of florals (particulary MdC Rose @StratMan) then you would probably like this too. The scent reminds me of palm violet lollies that I had as a kid.

Pre: Hot water
Razor: Vector
Blade: Schick Proline
Brush: Forgotten Art "Tarkine" 26mm Tuxedo
Soap: WK Chypre Rose Concerto
Post: Shower, TND Witch Hazel, Nivea Balm

Still enjoying my outing with the Vector. This is the razor I might run into a burning building to save, I just love it. Chances are it would survive the flames anyway. The WK is nearly gone...

Some of you live in the most beautiful looking places.

I love all my visits to Tas as I frequent a bit for work, it's just so serene.

Prep: Valobra Glycerlanolina soap, Myrsol Emulsion
Brush: P&C LE 2020 Matilda Rhodium 2-band Silvertip
Cream: Musgo Real Classic Scent
Razor: Merkur Mergress (2)
Blade: Vintage NOS Gillette Spoiler (1)
Post: Thayers Cucumber Witch Hazel; Musgo Real Classic Balm
Scent: L'Artisan Parfumeur Fou d'Absinthe EdP

Fantastic performance from the Musgo Real cream. I love the scent - a beautiful soapy barbershop vibe; classy.
Three passes for a BBS result. Finished with L'Artisan Parfumeur's wild but wonderful take on fougère - Fou d'Absinthe.

Brush: Frank Shaving Silvertip
Soap/Cream: Squadron 'Sweetheart'
Razor:
Charcoal Goods Gen 1 Lvl 2
Blade: Polsilver SI (4)
Post-shave: Thayers Original, Pinaud Musk
Fragrance: Jovan Musk

Since acquiring this beautiful shaving tool from @Holiday, I have been enjoying some great shaves. It is a very smooth razor, but the smoothness belies it's terrific efficiency. I would say it sits between my GC 84p and Apollo Light, and as such will most likely be a keeper rather than 'catch and release'. I have always wanted a brass CG and was disappointed when the manufacturer decided to discontinue the original series and concentrate on the Everyday variety. For me, this could easily be an every day razor. Thanks Jeff; BBS today.

Give @Holiday your deep scent Musky kisses for the CG

A really nice photo and not a snake in sight... :X3:

Good to see you enjoying the brush as it was reported that Forgotten Art is no longer making new brushes...??? A real shame if true as the designs always captivated me.

Pre-shave:- Shower
Brush:- Vie-Long 14025 Mix Badger and Horse Hair
Soap:- Squadron - The Warden
Razor:- Apollo Light - Aggressive Plate
Blade:- Polsilver (5)
Aftershave:- Squadron - The Warden

The blade dulled after 2 good shaves, I thought it might be the lather created from the horse hair brush so pulled out the trusty old boar but still not great.
It would appear the polsilver does not perform as long or as well in the aggressive plate whereas the Astra SP was more efficient >10+ shaves.
Polsilver was comparable to Astra when paired with mild plate

Damn, you're right. @Irish posted on his Facebook page just 2 days ago that he was shutting down his lathe. So this beauty of a brush will be among the last that he's made. Bummer, but I guess he's doing what he needs to do...

If it's any consolation, I rarely get more than 2 good shaves out of any blade, in any razor. I have to force myself to stop trying. Just as well blades are cheap...

Brush: @Vlasta Alpha T-400 24mm Silvertip
Razor: Smart Helix Apollo H 0.85mm Aggressive plate
Blade: Gillette Rubie Platinum (3)
Soap: Cella - thanks again @tullfan
Pre: Shower
Post: Imperial Leather A/S splash // Nivea Sensitive A/'post shave balm
WTG, ATG, Touchups = BBS

First shave using the new brush and its a clear improvement over my RR R400 in function and finish. The only let down would be the knot as I prefer density but once you load up generously it delivers a nice lather and looks/feels nice. Its safe to say my next brush will be an Outlaw with G4 synth as I prefer density/larger knots and if Santa is watching, PLEASE OH PLEASE make it in TITANIUM as that version looks super sexy!!! Big thanks to Steve for the great service & speedy shipping via Hong Kong. (y)
Stay Safe & Happy Shaves!

Yes gentlemen, the time has come to pursue something else. So the lathe is being shut off after I complete a few orders that are waiting.
I still have brushes available which can be seen on the Facebook page.

Ive just acquired a 1955 Mercedes 220a so that will consume a lot of time and money. Can't pass it up, because the wife loves it and knows its probably going to cost 20k or more
