Soap: Vintage Williams

Most of you will recognise this iconic Melbourne corner. Stayed 3 nights across the street

Pre-shave: Shower/Bloom Water
Brush: Semogue - Excelsior 1460 Boar Brush
Soap: Murphy & McNeil Green Man Fougere
Razor: RazoRock Baby Smooth Al - Electric Blue
Blade: Feather 1-4
Aftershave: Murphy & McNeil Green Man Fougere
Post-shave: AP Reserve Escentials 'Restoration'
The Baby Smooth is an excellent razor and one I would highly recommend for a starter or anyone that prefers the torqued blade of a slant. It is cheap, smooth and efficient. I would recommend it over the DE89 clones and 34C starters, but then I like slants YMMV ;)

Pre: Warm Shower
Razor: R41
Blade: Polsilver SI
Brush: Yaqi 26mm Pony
Soap: Wickham Soap Co – Club Cola
Post: A&E Club Signature Splash

Without doubt, the R41 is my favourite razor as far as efficiency goes, nothing in my den is as good in that department…. Yet and hoping the 1.25 wolf will get me as close to that as possible.

I got the email from wolfman razors this morning, it is on the way

Don’t worry the R41 will beat the Wolfman.

Round 2 with the Gillette 7 O'Clock Super Stainless [Green]. Seems to be a better performer than the Derby Usta and possibly the German Wilkinson Sword's

Does that bridge design look familiar to anyone?

Sydney Harbour Bridge - construction started July 1923

Tyne Bridge - construction started August 1925

Seems that that Sydney Harbour Bridge was inspired by the Hell Gate Bridge in NYC and that the builder of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Dorman Long & Co also constructed the Tyne Bridge.

Your history lesson for the day folks! Happy shaving

I'm not much into photography, nor waxing poetic, thus why I very rarely post SOTD pics.

Third use with my new Blackland Vector and am loving it. I'll get over this feeling soon, but right now, I could go AC-style only and be totally fine. I already have this thing dialed-in, and it's such a pleasure to use & touch & look at. Find someone who you look at like I look at the Vector
