I think that might be the prettiest Simpson I've ever seen.

Speak for your self mister fancy 4ply Quilton as I have more than enough Kleenex 3ply 45pk to see out the apocalypse!Does the 21/46mm synthetic knot feels too tight and too springy when you face lather. I’m fully aware that synthetic doesn’t hold lather like @Razor Burn wet funky fart smelling badger brush, without any toilet rolls in the same Canberran Territory as you @Mark1966.
And here I was thinking you’d busted one of your Rocca’s!
Brush: TF Customs Blue & Gold 30mm Tuxedo
Razor: Rocca V4 R96
Blade: Wizamet SI (6)
Pre: Shower
Soap: Cella Red
Post: Nivea 2 Phase A/S Lotion + Sensitive
WTG, ATG, Touchups = WTF!!!!
What was a comfortable DFS+ was spoiled by me carelessly bumping the razor off the counter causing the thing to hit the bathroom floor and snapping the post cleanly off!!! So much so for my 2021 Sabbatical as I have emailed Smart Helix to see if they sell replacement caps as opposed to paying $130 USD for cap+spare plate...?
Not holding my breath and might just wait till next year and grab the cap+aggressive Light plate to go with my H plate.
I guess it is just about possible to find a more expensive razor to break. What was a comfortable DFS+ was spoiled by me carelessly bumping the razor off the counter causing the thing to hit the bathroom floor and snapping the post cleanly off!!! I would be devastated to see my Rocca get damaged which is why I made sure to buy spares Not happy as I love the Apollo and am spewing I wasn't careful! And here I was thinking you’d busted one of your Rocca’s!
Shit break though!
Oooh, well @Razor Burn when a man drops his razor tools and something might break or snap apart and when you paid for a heavy price for a razor...... It's called TOUGH TITTIES!!

Too their credit they've been quick to respond and I hope they can arrange something as they truly make a high quality product at a decent price point overall.I guess it is just about possible to find a more expensive razor to break.
I guess the good news is that since no-one else chose to join us in our respective sabbaticals, you can name your own terms. You might consider fixing a breakage like this to be OK and legitimate. If the same thing happened to my Vector, I think I would probably feel that way. Alternatively, a really good stainless fabricator might be able to weld it up. A tricky job, to be sure, but possible.
Well I'm not the first nor last person to drop their razor and owning up to my error I emailed the maker seeking guidance in obtaining a replacement top cap as they don't offer them for sale but only in a bundle.Oooh, well @Razor Burn when a man drops his razor tools and something might break or snap apart and when you paid for a heavy price for a razor...... I think you're in luck. A machine shop should be able to fix you up without too much difficulty.I would be devastated to see my Rocca get damaged which is why I made sure to buy spares Not happy as I love the Apollo and am spewing I wasn't careful!
Closer inspection shows the top cap thread has actually come unscrewed up top so not an actual break.
I've received a reply from Smart Helix seeking photos and hopefully they can advise what I need to do to get a replacement as the post hasn't snapped but unthreaded from cap making me believe a weld has come loose...?
Condolences mate! What a loss..WTG, ATG, Touchups = WTF!!!!

Have some Scotch Whisky while your waiting for a return reply email ASAP!..... fingers cross. A friend of mine told me to be extra careful about a Life Time Warranty outside of Australia Territory, chances are you'll get yourself caught into a REAL TOUGH BLOODY TITTIES!!Well I'm not the first nor last person to drop their razor and owning up to my error I emailed the maker seeking guidance in obtaining a replacement top cap as they don't offer them for sale but only in a bundle.
The complete razor comes with Life Time Warranty and I understand that butter fingers doesn't fall under the Warranty terms so will happily wait for a response.
I'll happily pay for a replacement and learn to be more careful in future shaves. S#&T HAPPENS!!! Thanks for the sympathy @SpeedyPC - not that I was looking for any!
