A wonderful Winter's shave with a cold water splash; now I'm awake.

A shameless repeat of yesterday's shave. I'm really enjoying this soap. It's one that lathers up so quickly, there's not much point in using a bowl. I just load my brush and lather up on my face and head. I sometimes go back to the tub for more when I'm being greedy.

Soap/Cream: D.R Harris - Windsor
Razor: Muhle - Rocca R94
Blade: Gillette - Minora Stainless (21)
Post-shave: Nivea 2 phase PS lotion / Nivea Men - cream

2 pass WTG = DFS+ daily shave. Shave 21 on the Minora blade, and after a small maintenance procedure to the blade, the shave is back to being smooth like new and efficient. Could have had a DFS in one pass, then that would have been be a waste of lather.

Razor: Muhle - Rocca R94
Blade: Gillette - Minora Stainless (22)
Post-shave: M&M - Lemongrass Sage AS splash / A&E - skin food nourishing cream

2 pass WTG = DFS+ daily shave. Shave 22 on the Minora and the shave was even better than yesterday's due to the exceptional lather from the soap, and the scent reminding me of home.

The Soap, Murphy & McNeal - Lemongrass and Sage. Scent strength medium to strong for the soap and strong for the splash. A basic scent profile of lemongrass and sage. This soap and splash are one off's special infinitus drop releases which happen from time to time This one has quite a good dosing on lemongrass essential oil as I could feel it tingle on my face from both the soap and the splash, although not to the point of being uncomfortable.

I absolutely love the scent of proraso (both green and red) but find the soap lacking compared to what I am used to. Amazed how you get such great shaves with it and especially with a straight

With all due respect to my favorite reviewer @Errol , I got through this entire shave (two passes and a touchup) without dropping the razor once. And it’s a heavy mother!
