Oooh. You've stirred tip my BAD, I don't think I've seen one of these before. How does the knot feel? Anything like the real thing? Not smelling like a dead pig's donger is a good thing....

Get a Simpson synth first, you will not regret it. Don’t forgot the Muhle synth and well the 30 odd soaps you want. Hmm I see a problem on the horizon, ah well I can’t talk I just picked up a lovely vintage hat from 1956 and the current owner is just now passing it on and yes he is still kicking and only wore it for that 1 year in 1956.Oooh. I wonder what happened to @Nico's berets? Someone ought to pick up on that tradition, last I read he had about 70, and room for another 70. And diverging even further off-topic, how many of us have those nice bowls made by Mrs Nico?Get a Simpson synth first, you will not regret it. You are right of course but a quick count sits at 12 and only two of those are synthetics. And then there are the Naguras [x5] for the Jnats. Jnats aren't all that big so another one will fit on the deskGet the Nat. You can’t have too many stones. I’m going to feel lonely with my 2 new Jnats.

I’m waiting on my tomo to arrive so it might be a little while. I have an Okudo Kitta, Nakayama Mizo Asagi and a Shobudani on the way. I first have to seal them anyway and check to see if they have been lapped. The Ozuku definitely has but I’m not sure of the Nakayama given it still has it stamps visible.I look forward to an edge report
I cut a Tomo from my Kitta - very nervously. Works wonderfully. I have another small Koppa, unknown type that has an unused corner that can be removed for a tomo nagura. It is great how different stones can be used to give such a variety of edges.I’m waiting on my tomo to arrive so it might be a little while.
Im looking forward to trying the edges. I have my eye on a koma but I don't know if I can justify the price. I also have to grab an Atoma 1200 as well. Stones be cheap right. I'll save money by using a straight... Sure you will.I cut a Tomo from my Kitta - very nervously. Works wonderfully. I keep telling myself I can shave for the next thousand years with the razors I have. By then I may break evenStones be cheap right. I'll save money by using a straight... Sure you will.

Unfortunately I have limited my obsessions to shaving and books but @Nico always sported a cool cap/beret to our Meet Ups. I proudly own one of Mrs Nico's bowls and it takes up a special place in my collection.I wonder what happened to @Nico's berets?
