Onto my next "croap'' and very similar to the Tabula Rasa but a sweeter scent profile. Enjoying the boar brushes as they paint on the lather nicely. The blade shaved smoothly but not as close as I like but for a daily shave it works fine.

Third new soap for the week. This one I have had a sample of before. Glad I finally picked this up, because it is a great scent. It might easily become one of my favourites. Happy shaves!

So good, I had to do it again. :) I loaded my brush really heavily yesterday, but I was a bit more parsimonious this time in order to make the sample last...

Its shaves like this that reinforce why I'm currently on Sabbatical as the gear used is top notch! The CG L2 is a great shave but in this pairing it stepped up the efficiency with the perfect amount of blade feel... :)

Post-shave: Fine- L' Orange Nour AS / A&E skin food nourishing cream

2 pass WTG = DFS+ Bic blade very sharp on the second shave. Just the way I like it. :) Smelt like Terre D' Hermes for ages. FIne's AS are quite strong scented and long lasting.
