Pre-shave: Hot water, Pears soap
Brush: Forgotten Art "Southern Skies" 30mm Snow Leopard
Soap/Cream: Stirling Bergamot Lavender
Razor: Blackland Vector
Blade: Kai PINK
Post-shave: Homebrew moisturiser, La Roche-Posay Anthelios SPF50+

Basically the same shave as yesterday, but my biggest brush gives it an added dimension of sybaritic luxury...

Fragrance: Phoenix & Beau Spitfire solid cologne

Up to Sydney yesterday to overnight with our daughter.

Staying at her place meant we saved probably $200 on a hotel room.

Staying at her place meant we spent probably $500 on meals, groceries and other bits and pieces. Hmmmm

2 pass WTG + touchups = DFS+. Another nice shave. This balm continues to impress.

It's been a while since I've used an A&E soap, and this didn't disappoint. It would have made a good lather shot if I had thought of it. :unsure: Maybe I didn't scoop as much as I thought, but I only had just enough for 2½ passes. I have a feeling I would get through a tub of this quite quickly. Scent is pleasant, light and sweet but not cloying like Asian Plum. My blade was only on day 3, but it skipped over the stubble in the briar patch under my chin :( so only DFS today...

Cheers. I do love me some old stuff. Even the Fenchurch is almost vintage :)
I was just thinking I will need to set the loft lower on these TGN horse knots, they are pretty soft. If it wasn't for the smell I would have thought it was something else. There was no scritch and it felt almost like a tuxedo, so no complaints.
