I find carbon blades are easily extended a few shaves with a palm strop
Too late in this case, it's already in my blade bin. Which reminds me, that's getting a bit full. Time to do a tip run. (As if my mounting quantity of bottles weren't enough of a reminder  ) Incidentally, my hint for dealing with these sharps safely is to put them in an empty dog food or tomato tin or whatever, hammer the top flat, then hammer again to fold the top over and label it "steel sharps". It can then go in the recycling bin for steel cans, and there's no danger of anyone getting hurt.

Pre-shave: Hot flannel, Pears soap
Brush: Troycraft "Vazon Forest" 28mm AP G5C
Soap: D.R. Harris - Arlington
Razor: ΑΛΦΑ Claymore Evolution
Blade: Schick Proline
Post-shave: Shower, Castle Forbes Lavender balm, homebrew moisturiser, La Roche-Posay Anthelios SPF50+, Oxford & Cambridge cologne
COTD: Mocha Matari, Yemen

I really wanted to like the scent of this soap, but I can't. But I guess I should be grateful to have found one soap in the DRH stable (Windsor) that I do like, it's a better strike rate than I get with some labels. Out it goes...

Started pulling shaving gear out of storage yesterday so I'll be using gear I haven't touched for a couple of years as with this shave. Very nice shave. :)
I also spent some time unpacking my supplies into the the Meth (Soap) Lab which was a very nice feeling. For the first time I can see my supplies on shelves instead of scrambling through boxes and crates.

@FluffyGroodle gave me a sharps container a few years which I thought was a bit funny at the time but it has been fantastic. I had no idea just how far a small sharps container would go with razor blades and there's no guessing (possibility for forgetting what's in a container) what's in the container. It's not even half full after a few years. Probably not much good for @SpeedyPC , he reuses his blades so many times he'd only be removing a pile of rust dust before changing blades. :ROFLMAO:
Only joking @SpeedyPC, you have inspired me to increase blade usage from 3 to about 5. Is that stretching enough? :)

Great shave, as ever, with the Streamline. The short handle means gripping a little closer to the head perhaps making it feel a little lighter.

A shave of mixed feelings, with a lather shot, a finished product and a PIF resulting from it.
