Pre-shave: Hot shower
Brush: Maggards 26mm SHD two band badger
Soap: Geo. F. Trumper’s Spanish Leather
Razor: S.K. Colling 6/8
Strop: DCBlades Roo/Cotton
Post-shave: Osma Alum block, Fine ‘Platinum’, Mont Blanc ‘Explorer’
I recently fabricated three diamond pasted balsa strops: 0.1, 0.25 and 0.5 micron. This razor was chosen to be the first to undergo
the pasted strops progression after my 12K Nania SS whetstone. The first two shaves with it were quite good but I felt that an extra
run on the finest 0.1u might help, and it certainly did. Simply the best edge I've put on a blade so far. The shave went so much easier than in the past
with minimal blood loss and the difficult areas (notably my chin) were nowhere near as problematic.
@rbscebu suggests touching up the edge with the 0.1u after every shave, so I will see how that goes. Most definitely a big step forward in my straight razor
shaving (and honing) progress.

Not to mention an excellent choice of soap. I've been meaning to hunt down a sample of the cologne, but I suspect there's a very good reason why it's so frequently sold out...
It is very good. Some people say a dupe of Hermes TDH - I have done a side by side, and whilst similar, most certainly not a dupe.
In fact, whilst I enjoy both, I lean towards Windsor.

First time out with the AoS Sandalwood, the latest addition to my little Valobra collection, a princely gift from @TomG. (y) (y) A very different sandalwood from the usual offerings, this one is spicy and woody, with no hint of sweetness. Sorry about the terrible picture...

Brush: Zenith 31mm r/wetshaving exclusive boar - same dimensions as B35
Razor: Karve CB SB-D
Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (3)
Lather: Stirling - Gatlinburg
Post: @SpeedyPC aftershave
Frag: Chatillon Lux - La Petite Prairie EDT

Nice scent on this soap, I will save it for autumn/winter. My first boar brush is breaking in nicely. I have had 15 shaves plus 4 initial soaks/test lathers so far. I need to go to the gym to be able to hold on tho this thing.

Have a great day!
