A big thanks to the extremely generous @Draco Noir who sent me a beautiful Japanese straight razor via @alfredus - I can't wait to give it a test run soon.

Sensational meet up today. No bear mapping but @Robbie d brought two homemade Damascus steel razors he has made for us to salivate over. Really superb quality.

I passed the box on to @alfredus - thanks once again for organising that @Mark1966.

Indeed it was a fantastic meet-up - the steel from @Robbie d was VERY impressive and of course the hand over from @khun_diddy

A shame about the lack of Bear though...

Wonderful day today. I have started honing one of @Robbie d's outstanding razors. The steel work is so beautiful. It will take awhile to get a good bevel but such fun. I do confess I was the cause of a wee bit of embarrassment fondling the beautiful blades all afternoon.
