Conference Shave

Cream: Weleda
Razor: Wolfman WR1
Blade: NOS Gillette 'Spoiler' (3)
Post: Alt Innsbruck Emulsion
Scent: Floris No 89 EdT

At a conference this week, so out with the travel kit.
The Weleda cream takes a wee bit of elbow grease to lather up, but is very skin-friendly; an important consideration when out of your normal shaving environment.
Three passes for a DFS.

Pre: Coconut Oil
Soap: APR Alfredus Choice
Brush: Vie Long Horse/Badger
Razor: Bengall
AS: APR Alfredus Choice
The last of the razors @bald as honed with the Jnat though I think we finished this with the 15K Suehiro. Lovely Shave. The first Bengall we did was the revelation. The Dorko and this Bengall were just proving the point (or the edge in this case). The hunt is on for a Jnat :banghead:. I was going to put off another shaving purchase for the moment but bald as is sending me links to Jnats, dirty rotten scoundrel.
Alfredus Choice is one of my favourites.:)

I will stop, soon :) -- so many Jnats and so little time. I'm reliably informed you can never have too many natural hones.
I'm now looking for another one for myself - just as a spare :) in case I wear mine out.

Brush: Omega
Razor: RR Baby Smooth Al
Blade: Astra Blue (24)
Pre: Shower + Nivea Face Wash
Soap: Face Fat Green Fougere
Post: Brut splash

I was in a rush so no picture. A quick prework DFS with the Baby Smooth. Surprisingly not that smooth of a shave down in part to me rushing and the blade possibly not suiting this razor!? Either way an OK shave... Happy shaves!

Pre-shave: Stirling - Witch Hazel Aloe Menthol (WHAM)
Brush: Semogue - Excelsior 1460 Boar
Soap: B&M Reserve Spice
Razor/Blade: RR German 37 / Feather #5 (one shave too many)
Post-shave: Stirling WHAM - B&M Reserve Spice

@StratMan is so good at enabling that even when expressing dissatisfaction at a product he is enabling. Stirling was getting such a bad rap compared to B&M Reserve that I thought my perception may be wrong and had to broaden my horizons, and after reading @todras review decided I couldn't go wrong. A beautiful scent with no irritation, although IMHO not as good face lathering as Stirling. Will try the bowl next.

Brush: Omega Pro 48 Boar
Soap: Chiseled Face Ghost Town Barber
Razor: Wolfman WR1
Blade: NOS Gillette 'Spoiler' (4)
Post: Thursday Plantation Tea Tree & Witch Hazel, Musgo Real Aftershave Balm
Scent: Chanel Pour Monsieur EdT

Sometimes you stumble across a seemingly perfect matching of soap and brush. Such was the case for me with the big Omega boar and Chiseled Face Ghost Town Barber.
The soap loaded quickly and the lather exploded once adequate hydration was supplied.
Three luxurious passes for a DFS+ result.

😂 sorry mate.. This soap that will go flying around the room if face lathering with abandon, is this why you don’t like it? Or is it the actual quality?

I start with a quite dry but damp brush and don’t overload with soap initialled

Brush: Semogue - Mysterious space synth
Soap: A&E Grecian horse

Was in Melb yday and not sure if my lathering skills are now amazing or if it was the soft water here but I made one of the best lathers in my life and really quickly.. will find out later when back home

Great shave, amazing lather
