Well worth it for $30 as 100 blades will last you a good while if you're willing to stretch a single blade!
12 shaves in and no signs of harshness with a quick WTG, ATG + Touch up shave resulting in BBS. :eek:
 
Ordered 200 today on Amazon. Hopefully they arrive without the old "bait & switch", because out of stock, so have these "price comparables" instead.

All this talk about the Minora and now I'm curious. Anyone willing to sell me a pack (plus postage)? Or if you're in Melbourne, a local drive-by after lockdown lifts.
 
Wow, that was quick. Ordered through Amazon AU Wednesday, delivered Friday (today) morning by "Couriers Please".:):woot:
Now, what to do??? I am 3 shaves into a Gillette King C blade on the Rockwell Model T.
Do I abandon that test and just go the Minora, or wait until the King C blade is toast before trying the Minora?:unsure:

Nice bare banana’s looks like you’re having a great time eating in the shower, before, shaving with those fantastic Minora Stainless blades during your shaves.

Ah I'm in Kew East so that's a pretty far distance to go. Didn't want to commit to 100 blades that may not suit me.

Yep, I hear ya, I committed to 200 blades that may or may not suit, but I have placed my faith in the experts here on this forum, and when they say these are the best modern DE blade going around, then that's good enough for me. Plus its only $30 per 100 blades, hardly a commitment really (I've spent a lot more on a lot less). And looks pretty easy to move them onto someone else on here pretty easy if you don't like them. For me it was a no brainer.

I thought the bananas in the background was a good colour match for the photo (but really that wooden bowl is too heavy to lift with arms at full extension).
Thick solid Rosewood I turned a few years ago

You did a bloody fantastic job with the Rosewood bowl, because, that is my most favourite wood style colour.
 
I know I like Gillette blades...I have Rubie, Nacet, Perma-Sharp, GSB, Platinum, Yellow (Russian), Green (Russian), Minora (Platinum), and Black.
Plus of course the usual Kai, Feather, Astra, Wizamet, etc.
Now I also have Minora Stainless (but only 300 of them).
I really could survive with just one of these...Rubie, Perma-Sharp, Nacet, Wizamet, or the Minora Stainless.
Hard to quantify...face feel, smoothness, shave result, blade life, price, or all of that.
And the winner is....Minora Stainless.
For sure I will use up my supply of the Nacet, GSB, Rubie, etc...but when I need more I will just get the Minora. It's at a good price point for me too.
Used in my Black Beauty, Timeless .95 OC, Karve #F plate SB, or Blackbird SB and every shave so far has been great.
YMMV as usual, but I do like these blades and may just grab another 500.
Then I will be OK for blades until I'm 'about' 90.
