Yeah, I just need the six incher to waggle inside the little hole to get her all hot again.
45 year old coffee machine, and Bezzera still use the same element in current machines!

Well against all odds, it happened today.
The stars aligned and my constant nagging paid off, today we were handed the keys to this.

Thanks for the kind comments. It's on 5.5 ha (14.5 acres), nearest neighbour 200m away.
Lots of fencing, landscaping and farm work to do. It's been fallow for 3 years and the weeds are taking over.
All about 30 min drive from Hobart CBD.

Why would you import Boags to Tassie? They've got their own brewery, Cascade!
And a couple of great whisky makers - Lark and Nant....
