Frk...... The PAA Starling is nice and I was tempted too, I didn't read of it being a limited edition though so managed to keep my hands in my pockets. Please give us some commentary in SOTD :)

Well, I just had to try one. I'll probably give it a run tomorrow and post on SOTD. I don't think it's a limited edition but I believe it's sold out for now. I have heard they may make some more base plates for it, including an OC but I imagine that is way in the future as they are requesting feedback on this one.

You'll see me break too when Karve Shaving Co do a stainless or titanium version of their Christopher Bradley razor.
That is a nice piece and the price point is fantastic. Would of jumped on it after Xmas before my sabbatical but I dislike the brass look and feel.

This response from the Curator of the Gillette's Southern Hemisphere Museum should demonstrate just how good these blades are.

Apologies mate, they only offered to Sabbatical member @the_shaving_sailor and maybe other sabbatical participants on a case by case basis.
