Arko
Slim
Wilkie boar/synth
Gillette thin.

Not again.
Gave it two shots, the first was sharp yet weapers and irritation everywhere.
Gave it a days rest and attempted again with slim shady on low (1-3) and the result is a face that is that irritated, I look like a pimply 15 y/o that's attempted to shave for the first time.

Honestly worse blade I've ever experienced, worse that anything from Merkur/Shark/Shogun and that grade.
That bad, Thayers witch hazel burnt as if it was alum I was applying, glad I didn't apply alum...

Hmm, the Derby before it, I experienced no issues with, well beyond that of shaving while fatigued that is, so stupid nicks.

Borked used ARKO!, a real fine soap (Get the P&C specific spelling right. This stuff gets bagged enough so needs as much positive attention as it can get). SH was using Proraso so QED, Drubbing was talking to SH. I admit that at times it's hard to fathom if or nor Drubbing is with it, but in this case....

And I suspect will finish that milestone with a resounding loss. They're back to the old days of "they should win this but they won't". Are you going to walk down the hill to see it or grabbing your binoculars?

Sorry fellas you've lost me - a mighty pav? So a big pavlova I assume….though for my history with such sweets, 300 grams doesn't qualify for the class of 'mighty' - more a one man size. Do you have a good bakery down the road in range of a set of binoculars. Hmmm…you guys are a bit funny you know….

They're from "the west" they are probably talking about some baked goods containing swan meat.

Shows how much you know about footy.

Freo would have smashed them if they'd kicked straighter. Blanketed them and settled for a 5 goal win.

Does it not auto correct to that like 'The G word' does to 'giant lemons' ?

Anyone after a new quote ? ;)

Monsta needs to make it so, because the flagrant rule abuse is getting flagrant. One day it's fake cordiality, the next, everyone's buying guns and high vis vests and banging on about Worship music.

Like that ?

Also, as a Site Moderator, are you not able to implement it ?

really Mr Drubbing I'm not sure what you are talking about.

I am going to take my son to the range next year as our father-son activity, he will be 14 yo and old enough, and I only wear high vis when safety demands - which is often here in CBR as we are very safety conscious.

As for the worship music - I'm rostered onto kids church today so Kiddie worship for me - not quite Metal Praise @borked. Wow, the internet does contain some weird stuff!

Off to shave first though :)

To say nothing of standing in a line and stamping their feet rhythmically eh Drubs :) :)

Razor: Edwin Jagger DE89
Blade: Merkur
Brush: Simpsons Duke 2 (Best)
Soap/Cream: Proraso Red (tube)
After-shave: Razorock Aftershave Wax (Original)

Probably the most uncomfortable shave so far.

OK the lather could have been thicker but it had the required glide to my mind. I need to go through a few more dummy runs with the Proraso Red and Duke 2 to get the cream to water ratio right.

Only substantial difference with this shave was the Merkur blade. Never used them before and will likely unload the used-once blade, throw it violently into the bin and ditch/PIF the rest of them. I assume these are pricey blades because they're made in Germany, such a shame as the Germans make top-shelf camera gear. But their blades just suck on my unGermanic face.

So who wants the Merkurs? First PM gets them or they will go in the Travelling Box.
