Pre-Shave: Shower
Razor: Edwin Jagger Kelvin
Blade: Personna Platinum
Soap/Cream: Mitchell's Wool Fat Shaving Soap
Brush: Mühle Silvertip Fibre V2.0 Shaving Brush
A/S: Nivea Men Sensitive After Shave Splash
Cologne: Boss in Motion by Hugo Boss (not on a photo)
Post-Routine: hot rinse, alum, cold rinse, splash, dry skin, cologne

I know, I know... Despite I received a box of goodies yesterday, this morning shave was with the old (but good) stuff. Haslinger and Saponificio Varesino still have to be transferred to some tins. No idea what to do with Haslinger - they are really tiny. I usually using IKEA Grundtal containers, but they are way too big for Haslinger. Had to order a few small tins on eBay. SO tomorrow it will be either Cella (had a sample before and loved it) or Saponificio.
With the smaller soaps and the Ikea Grundtal, I usually grate the soaps up to fit to the Grundtal tin can. But I am beginning to have a preference for wide tin/containers like the B&M ones.

That's what I usually do as well. But Haslinger is only 60g so it will be like at the bottom of the Grundtal tin spread like a vegimite on a toast. :) With two of the same kind it will be easy to fill the tin, but one... I also prefer wider tins/containers as it's much easier to load the brush... May be I still should use Grundtal. Anyway already created a nice labels for them.

Haha! I made new labels too! But it's not as flashy.

Brush: Chubby 2 Manchurian
Razor: RazoRock Wundabar
Blade: English Wilky
Soap: Vintage Yardley
A/S: GFT Skinfood
Cologne: D.R. Harris Lavender Water

Maiden voyage for the Chubby and it didn't disappoint. Chewed up a huge amount of soap and delivered an incredible lather. Face feel is excellent although there's a small amount of scritch but I suspect that will disappear as it breaks in.

That brush is superb!

Wanna mine? I can share my labels for Haslinger (all of them), Saponificio Varesino (all four from carton boxes), Fine Accoutrements (except for the American Blend), MWF, Cella (2 versions), Speick and Arko.
Thanks! But I am saving my Grundtal for the Mike's which unfortunately got sent back to America because it was missing my office address, and some Stirling's.

You sure have a fine selection of soaps! Good taste.

@dewynter - nice work with the label.

Brush: Chubby 2 Manchurian
Razor: Bakelite Slant
Blade: English Wilky
Soap: Wickhams Bay Rum
A/S: GFT Skinfood

Picked up the Bakelite Slant on eBay last week and it arrived today. I believe it's the same as the IB Bakelite slant and it shaves almost identically to my Wundabar, the weight difference is the only noticeable difference.

Bakelite slant AND Manchurian M7. Definitely not jealous

Pre: Pears transparent soap
Razor: Gillette Open Comb
Brush: Simpson Duke 2 "Pure"
Blade: Voskhod (2)
Soap: Mystic Waters Frankincense & Myrrh sample
After: Alum, Myrsol Formula "C", Nivea aftershave balm

Not the most comfortable shave this morning:(, but still got a rather close shave. DFS+ after 3 passes, (WTG, XTG, XTG)
Slight irritation under the neck that settled down during the day. The Mystic Waters sample has been quite good until this point.
I think that I put the lid on the bowl without letting it dry out enough and it had gone almost jelly like.
I feel like I have pretty much got the hang of the EJ razor now, and have been getting comfortable shaves consistently for the last few weeks.;)
Still trying to figure out this open comb razor. I think I'll concentrate on using only it for the next little while.
Will try a few different blades and see what the outcome is. :)

Simply wonderful @Draco Noir - and fantastic to see, that even in Solingen there are still some Artisans left!

Only just, my friend @alfredus : he is the last certified independent Master Razor Maker left in Germany, and one of only two in total. Apparently he scours Solingen for old razor blanks dating back decades because ther have the finest most homogenous crystal grain structure to the steel. The he applies some complex secret heat treating to achieve ideal properties in the steel for razors.

Sadly, he is an old man now - I hope he has groomed a worthy successor :)

Brush: Shavemac Custom 2 Band 24mm
Soap: Martin de Candre Fougere
Razor: Rockwell 6S (5)
Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (1)
Post-shave: Alum, Myrsol Plastic Shave

I really do not know how this Rockwell hasn't killed my RAD. It is superb. On plate 5 it gives a shave just below an R41 but with much greater comfort.

Had to shave quickly this evening due to time constraints so did a bit more retro shaving. No straight tonight. Back in the '70's I shaved exclusively with a Schick injector so loaded up the Schick L I have with a fresh blade. Now I would like to say I was transported back to a chiselled handsome 20 something but age and gravity do take their toll but the Schick was still the same wonderful nimble shave. I cannot believe people gave up these for a bit of plastic?????

Played around with some bay rum, Moroccan spice, mandarin and lemon myrtle in a new soap. Pretty good :)

Pre: GFT Lime Skin Food
Brush: Shavemac 177
Soap: Shaverheaven Drogon Noir Tallow V2
Razor: ATT S1
Blade: Feather
Post: Alum, Witch Hazel, Myrsol Agua Balsamica

I have to say that the SH doesn't quite like a super wet brush like how I load the other soaps. Lather comes up relatively foamy and bubbly at first, then after working it a little bit more than usual, it settles down to a creamier and slicker lather. It doesn't really covers up my skin and I can still see my skin colour over the later, but strangely enough, it's the very slick and protective.I guess my previous usages with SH has been a little on the dry side, hence, couldn't get such a comfortable shave.

Today, I achieved a great smooth shave with the fresh Feather and S1. Very happy with tonight's shave. Alum block provided me the confirmation that I didn't use excessive pressure and I got a very close shave as well. Fantastic!

Cold water shave
Soap: Shaver Heaven Barbershop (blue tub)
Brush: Edwin Jagger badger
Face lather
Blade: Gold Dollar 6/8
3 pass shave
Post: Alum block and Pinaud Clubman

Good shave but ... ... ... well no nicks or cuts but just wasn't as close as the last few days. The alum block let me know this morning that my shave wasn't really that good. Must have had the angle too steep and scrapped my face rather than slice my whiskers. Try again tomorrow.
