Top blade @Reegs.

I had a wonderful 2 pass shave this evening. I got a new Omega 10098 yesterday and spent the day getting the pigs out of the house. Many soaks in Nappi San then many shampoos and hair drier [about 6] then about 4 really energetic palm lathers and further hair drier and now no funk and the hairs are all splitting fantastically.

Russian razor honed on Coticle with oil as finisher
Home made Kokum butter-Tallow etc soap with an excess of Lemon myrtle
Brush as above.

DFS++ tonight and a very big blood free smile.

Steve

Pre: Myrsol Antesol
Brush: Wolfwhiskers Ubersoft II
Soap: Stirling Ozark Mountain
Razor: ATT S1
Blade: Vintage Polsilver
Post: alum, witch hazel, TSW After Balm, Stirling Ozark Mountain

Lather was good, need to be more patient and incorporate more water. Still performed amazingly though, just didn't lather explode. A lot of glide and protection. Very good shave achieved. Scent is absolutely a joy to the olfactory glands.

Blade certainly didn't feel as sharp as Day 1, but I noticed that it shaves really smoothly. Smoother than before, but still relatively sharp enough to do the job. Sure is a nice blade.

Finished up with the usual suspects, plus Stirling Ozark Mountain. Smells just like walking through the pine forest.

La Toja// Simpson Ch1// ATT R1 Colossus// Feather// Stirling Barbershop// Stirling Barbershop Post Shave Balm// PAA CAD

The first outing of the ATT went as well as expected, with a similar weight to the Progress the transition was effortless. The usual great lather from the Stirling, plenty of cushion and a great post shave feel. Finished up with a generous measure of post-shave balm before some CAD for the scent to see me through the day.

Pre-Shave: Too early even for a Darwin beer
Razor: Slim
Blade: I honestly don't know. I think it might be an Aussie Spolier
Soap/Cream: Godrej Menthol (with Lanolin)
Brush: Omega 10005
AS: Aqua Velva
Post-Routine: Finish shower. Get dressed, have coffee. Put the kid in the bike trailer, and ride him over to childcare.

Trying to finish off this Godrej, but even using an @Osman amount of soap it's lasting longer than I would imagine.

Razor: Vintage Gillette Flare Tip Rocket
Blade: Personna 'Lab' Blue (2)
Brush: Muhle travel brush
Soap/Cream: D R Harris Arlington
Aftershave: Floid Vigoroso

So good to be having a nice shave while away ...

Preshave: Musgo Real Glyce soap and Proraso sandalwood preshave cream
Razor: Weber Polished Head on an Ikon Handle
Blade: Vintage Polsilver(2)
Brush: Shavemac 177
Soap: MWF
Post Shave: Natio Balm and Club de Nuit Intense for Men
Think I am cracking the MWF lather. Soak brush , remove all excess water and load the dry puck like crazy. Face lather and add water as needed, voila, a lovely thick, rich and protective lather. It was an almost perfect shave until I nicked myself under the nose. Alum took care of that so still happy. I do love to lather.

Pre-Shave: Cypriotian Olive/Argan Oil soap, cold water
Razor: Standard Razor (on loan from @boldsworth)
Blade: PolSilver SI (1)
Brush: Rudy Vey Shavemac
Lather: Mike's Hungarian Lavender
Post-shave: Alum, Barrister & Man Kyovu Original, South Australian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Second shave with the Standard today, which has been kindly loaned by @boldsworth - and it was a really nice one!

I used a fresh PolSilver blade (I tried not too look too hard at the glue spots) and I twisted today the handle really tight (heard the blade snap noise). The result was a very smooth and close shave - just a little sting from the alum at the end.

What I enjoyed most, that I did it on autopilot and it worked quiet well. I am sure the fantastic lather (picture here) played an important role - I just love this brush and the Mike's lather is just so slick and protective.
