How do you guys keep track of how many shaves on a blade? I don't have that many razors but as I rotate through I have trouble remembering whats actually in it let alone how many shaves its done!?

I use the one razor till I change blades :)

Shower
Fatip Grande Nickel with Lord Racer blade (4)
Proraso Red soap
Omega 49
Re-lather, cold rinse and Nivea Sensitive ASB

3 pass BBS. The Proraso red lather was great this time (more product, more water, start with a paste) but left my skin a bit dry for this cold weather. My Bulldog ASB has started giving me zits again so I thought I need to try the Nivea. It seems alcohol based splashes give me irritation / rash and balms give me zits. The best solution to date has been to just use a soap that has a great post shave like MWF with a re-lather at the end, negating the need for further product. But I have to use a lot of soap before I can get down to just the soaps with those qualities...

BTW the Fatip is still very similar to shaving with my Feather Artist Club in terms of the concentration required. Together with the blade alignment issues, I can't see myself using this one long term...

They're absolutely gorgeous mate. Smoother than DE and better cutting power (for my use) I have a Schick Injector and supply single edge. The supply being my absolute favourite razor I have
Ugh okay... I'm gonna update my clean up mk2 thread to include trades for injector... I needs it, actually I think I have a supply one on order...

Im very keen :)

I just remember myself but some keep a standard die (singular of dice) on the shelf to keep track

The V2 finished it's Kickstarter campaign. So glad I got onto it. Get the Personna injector blades or supply blades (supply from TSW site) really great shavers

Will do! I've already started looking at injector razors on eBay thanks to you lol
If anyone has one to part with let me know, we can make a deal I'm sure. :)

If my razor is empty, I put in a new blade...if there is a blade in the razor, I toss it after the shave...I too use the same razor, until I change the blade ;)

Final shave at the Therme and gee am I going to miss this Paradise...

10000 years ago native American Indians already knew, how fantastic it is to spend days just sitting around in baths with different water temperatures. Then came the additions of various steam baths and saunas and now we have these wonderful oasis of wet areas, where you can spend days just doing nothing at various water and air temperatures...

I am almost certain, that this relaxed atmosphere was the reason for my stellar shave today, but for those of you who think it was all due to my gear:

No pre-shave whatsoever...see above
ATT S1 Colossus with Ladas (2)
Mühle Synthetic XL with Stirling Bay Rum
Alum, Stirling Witch Hazel, Emu Oil

I hope you all enjoy your shaves (y)

By dickens, that looks like a lovely shave ...

Razor: Gillette Fat Boy (5)
Blade(s): Polsilver (2)
Brush: Simpsons Super Chubby 2
Soap/Cream: Wholly Kaw Chypre Rose Concerto
Post: Dickinsons With Hazel

Ramped it up by moving from 3 to 5 on the fat boy and it didn't have a problem. First time with the Wholly Kaw and it lathers up very nicely. It has an unusual consistency, so much so that I thought it needed more water. When I added more water though it felt too thin. Three passes, each and every one slick and cushioned albeit a little "sloppy".
