It could be easily both come to think of it.... I've been reading it as "follow the cats lead" but it could be reference to old style lead laden naval paint.

There was something in the news years ago about sinking an old vessel to help grow a reef.... there was a concern about the high lead content of the paint being damaging to the environment.

Brush: SJoL Siilvertip
Razor: SS General
Blade: Schick P30
Soap: Tabac
Post-shave: Natio Balm

Another good shave with the General today, couple of weepers on the lower neck but I was playing a bit experimenting with the angles to suit my hair growth down there. The extra width on the SE blade makes lower neck shaving quite different compared to my usual Rockwell 6S with DE blade ~ the rest of my ugly coupon is fairly straight forward and angles/technique was not an issue :)

Just a wonderful BBS with two days growth in 2.5 passes. And NO weepers from the R41 because of the super performance of Valobra in all areas bar scent. Seriously, if the R41 gives you grief don't give up till you try Valobra.

A great postshave combo as the days get warmer in Perth. Mmmm.

Lovely aggressive shaver and tons of blade feel. By the third shave it was a relaxing and fun one. So not actually a SOTD but a week is a better description.

Not sure about you but my reserve soap is hardly dented even after ten plus shaves. As over doping (loading) the brush is certainly not necessary and more so in this case less is more (y)

Enjoy the coming week and be safe.

Brush: Omega Synthetic Hi-Brush
Soap: Henry Cavendish Himalaya (All Natural Shave Soap With Shea Butter & Coconut Oil)
Razor: FaTip Gold Classic Gentle
Blade: Gillette 7 O'Clock Super Stainless green (1)
A/S: Mennen Skin Bracer / Nivea Shape Balm

Today's shave was very close, a characteristic of the FaTip closed comb razor. However, it was not a particularly comfortable shave as it resulted in irritation. It could be said the shave was "too close for comfort".

Razor: red ring
Blade: rapira (2)
Soap: cella
Brush: commodore.
Nice way to start the week :) pissing down rain today and really I’d love to be staying home under the covers, my wife has the week off. I’m so jelly

Razor: Vintage British Gillette Aristocrat #15
Blade: Vintage NOS Gillette Super Stainless 'Aussie Spoiler' (3)
Brush: Vintage butterscotch Rooney 'Badger and bristle' shaving brush
Soap/Cream: Barrister & Mann Petriclor shaving soap
Aftershave Splash: Barrister & Mann Petriclor splash

As @Ferret619 said, we are getting some precipitation today in the National Capital - so this seemed apt. Enjoy you week folks!
