Soap: Pb The Black Spruce
Brush: 26mm TF HMW
Razor: TI Bijou de France
Post: Jojoba Oil
AS: The Black Spruce
All the good gear today! I think I'm going to have a long happy relationship with this brush ( @Tony Forsyth ). Very different dynamics to my boar brushes and nothing like my Shavemac. Plenty of backbone so very easy to load and lather. Somebody help me with definition of flow through, but I couldn't detect any problems. I'm tempted to try a 30mm brush but this 26mm with its density felt huge on my face but the bulb shape made it easy for lather placement.
The Black Spruce performed very nicely and is probably the first of my soaps where I feel I'm starting to dial in specific attributes and not just trusting to chance. The scent in the soap unfortunately reminded me a little of Pine O Cleen but it's subtle enough and pleasant. I really like scent in the AS which has more of its own identity.

Sweet Shave. A 2 day growth turned to BBS in 3 passes with the General. It was great to have my friend back - I missed my 30mm tuxedo knot. Its @Tony Forsyth georgous handle is perfect and JUST what I asked for. Not only does the tight waist make it far easier to wield, it means the brush can sit upright in the stand. The Florida Water has a nice alligator sting as promised by @Mark1966 and a powdery cola scent. I'm an oily bastard and happy but I reckon this would need a balm if you had dry skin. It also means my face is ready for voodoo which is always good on a Friday.

Anyone planning a brush with Tony (should be everyone on P&C) - consider the tight waist of the Ever-Ready 500n in your design.
