Declaration Grooming / Chatillion Lux Y/R/P Soap/Splash/EdT

Was going to use the Darkfall today but it is sunny and I been itching to try the Y/R/P.

Scent is fantastic. A little citrusy, a little foral, a little woody.

The declaration soap is my favourite. I get the lather right every time.

The splash is as good as the soap. My face feels smooth as. The level of menthol in this is perfect. Not face melting like the After the Rain splash.

Have a good weekend fellas

Brush:- RazoRock Plissoft Synth. 24/57mm knot
Soap/Cream:- Declaration Grooming ~ Yuzu/Rose/Patchouli
Razor/Blade:- Merkur 34C / Vintage NOS Gillette Stainless #6
Post-shave:- Thayers Witch Hazel & Tea Tree Oil / Lucky Tiger Aftershave & Face Tonic / Lucky Tiger Face Moisturizer
Fragrance:- Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male

Pre: my lemon Myrtle pre shave oil
Progress w/Polsilver
TurnNshave boss knot synth
Shaving shop Endymion soap
Anherb balm

I know the shaving shop formula is now very highly regarded and my sample is fairly old (don't even know if it made it to production) but I had to use a ton of soap to get a usable lather, not rich, but usable. Awesome scent though!!

What is the blade gap on that? :)

Better? Blade gap, now there’s a thing. I guess this is one of those areas where my actual lack of interest in wetshaving as a hobby is apparent. It’s an irrelevance to me Mark. I couldn’t tell you the blade gap on the only DE I own, a PILS. A razor either gives a comfortable BBS every time or it doesn’t, I don’t have time for the latter.

Razor: Razorock Gamechanger
Blade: Gillette Nacet (3)
Brush: Semogue Mistura
Soap: Shaver Heaven Citrus Garden Tallow
Post: Thayers/Proraso Splash/Stray Whisker Balm

First shave with the Game Changer and it was wonder. Smooth, efficient and and easy to use. This is one happy customer (y)

Regarding the new batch of tallow shaver heaven. This is the formula I loved from when I used up my Summer Breeze. The citrus garden is another scent I do not tire of.

First shave since Thursday as haven't felt like it.Nice two passes, clean, smooth and bloodless but a bit of tug on the chin area.
Car transmission is slipping in reverse, and that means it is f#cked.Major disaster for us as we live on very low income, and this has set us back a lot.Not a good feeling living twenty km from town and worrying about f#cken transport with two asthmatic kids, one of them allergic to some insect stings. Can't even get to training as I can't risk having the car break down on the highway on the way home at night.
I'll get us through this, just trying to work things out to get reliable transport, and my plans for a new razor, strop and some soaps are out for a while.

Fantastic shave today. Scents try to represent the change of the weather lately starting with a clean summer citrus scent, then it becames darker with Velours Noir. Finally the EdP was a fully winter scent, perfect for a quite cold sunday down here.
