Semogue Boar,
Proraso Red,

Parker 34R,
Feather,
Witch Hazel,
Old Spice Musk

Very enjoyable one pass with a bit of chin buffing today.A new blade in the shavette is always a pleasure as I find that the Parker is a little less forgiving when the blade is past it's first use,and the Feathers work very well I seem to get a slightly more comfortable shave with Polsilvers.Very similar though the SI's just seem to be a tad smoother,I would have no problem using the Feathers exclusively in this razor.

Soap: Pb Henry
Brush: 19mm Vie-Long 4312 Black Horse
Razor: Timeless Bronze
Blade: Wilkinson Sword (1)
Last run with the Timeless. Thank you for the generous loan @Razor Burn . Beautiful razor, the open comb is a little unconventional but works. Razor performed really well even with blades that didn't work so well with it. Best blades I found with this razor were Wizamet Polsilver, Feather and Dorco Prime (not in any order). I found the Gillette Red and Wilkinson Sword a little rough in this razor.
Henry performed well but needs time to settle. Henry was a little schizo this morning, couldn't make it's mind up which face to show, first scent out of the tub when opened was as per design(y), then I was getting Pimento sweetness without the depth, then wood, some frankincense:wacky:........... some time in solitary should sort some issues.
Happy to see you gave it an honest try. Very constructive feedback and great suggestions for blades to try (y)

Sunday morning shave

BBS-1
Gillette 7 o'clock blue SP
Simpson PL8 manchurian
Dr Harris Windsor soap
Floid blue

Lovely shave this morning in celebration of that thrilling GF win by the WC eagles. Such a close hard fought game it was a fitting end to the season. Almost a shame there had to be a loser.

Pre-shave: Hot shower
Brush: Vulfix Pure Badger
Soap/Cream: Squadron Dispatch Rider
Razor: Merkur 37c Slant
Blade: Feather
Post-shave: Omega Alum block, Lucky Tiger After Shave and Face Tonic

Second shave with Squadron's Dispatch Rider soap. Three passes = BBS. I'm usually satisfied with a CCS or DFS but I really wanted to put this soap through its paces, and it didn't disappoint. So much slickness and protection, especially for that 3rd ATG pass. The Alum highlighted a bit of irritation, but I'm sure that was sloppy impatient technique rather than the equipment.

It could have been better. This blades are either not for me, or not for the timeless. Will try next time with other razor.
