IMAG0064.jpg

Brush: Proraso (Omega)
Razor: Rockwell 6S (5 & 6 plate)
Blade: Gillette Nacet
Scuttle/Bowl/Mug: Fine Lather bowl
Soap: APR Fougere Bourbon Rose
Post: Witch Hazel & Tea Tree Oil / Barbershoppe balm

A 3 pass BBS with the 6S on the 5/6 plates with mixed results. Tried the Nacet blade for the first time and noticed very little audio feedback which I found strange, seeing as every other blade I've tried sings  Started the shave on plate 5 and although the blade easily removed 2 days growth I decided to change it to plate 6, resulting in a smoother and efficient shave with one minor nick on the adam's apple. Not as aggressive as I was expecting on plates 5/6 which was a pleasant surprise and I see myself sticking with this combination from now on. Top marks for the soap @todras, I really think your onto a winner here as I'm loving the hints of rose and consistency of performance  Looking forward to the next SOTD... Happy shaves!

Brush: Beard and Blade Classic Synth
Razor: Gillette Slim Twist
Blade: English Wilky
Soap: Williams
A/S: Proraso White
Cologne: D.R. Harris Lavender Water

Very nice and easy shave. The B&B Classic Synth will take some getting use too, it’s incredibly springy and takes a lot to make it splay even slightly. No good at all for swirling to build a lather but works very nicely for back and forth/paint strokes.

Razor: Vintage Gillette 'Fatboy' Adjustable (5)
Blade: Vintage NOS Gillette Super Stainless blade (10)
Brush: Vintage butterscotch Simpson H2 boar
Soap/Cream: Martin de Candre Original shave soap
Balm: TSW After Balm
Aftershave: Pinaud Clubman Special Reserve splash

Nice mid week classic

Feather Artist Club DX non-folding
Feather Pro Super blade (lets say 16)
DR Harris Eucalyptus Cream
Proraso Brush
Nivea AS

Another 3 pass DFS+. Using this brush is great but always reminds me how much I prefer it in the higher loft of my Omega 48...

Brush: Omega Boar
Soap/Cream: Shaver Heaven "1st anniversary"
Razors: iKon X3 (WTG,), Rockwell 6S (3) (XTG, XTG)
Blades: Gillette Rubie (4), Polsilver (5)
Post-shave: Alum, Emu oil, SV 70th anniversary

After shave is fairly lumpy... Still smells good, and feels ok on the face. Just make sure to shake like the paint mixer at Bunnings before applying.

AS Spanish as it gets... only the blade is for a third country!

Pre: Myrsol emulsion
razor: Seygus extrem open head
blade: Astra green
brush: BSB2 silvertip
soap: Eufros ylang-ylang
Splash: Floid mentolado suave

6 days without shaving, this is unacceptable! Our bathroom is undergoing a major remodeling, serious like in "Striped down from drywalls to tiles", and my shaving cabinet is in the basement : /

Pre-Shave: SebaMed, cold water
Razor: Guerrilla
Blade: Ladas (1)
Brush: Paladin Sumo Lapis
Lather: Mike's Orange, Cedarwood, & Black Pepper
Post-Shave: Alum, Thayers Original Alcohol Free Witch Hazel, Australian Emu Oil

Heavenly last shave at home - I have been eying a Paladin Sumo in 26mm for a while now and when this one was offered on another forum I just couldn't resist. It arrived just in time for today's shave and has a spectacular knot with a nice backbone and cloud soft tips - it whipped up this stellar Mike's lather in no time. I can't wait to be back and give a decent try out. The Guerrilla/Ladas combo is so smooth and efficient - really can't ask for more in a shave.

I hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday - this might be my last SOTD for the next 3 weeks as I am going on a break (y)
