Chatillon Lux Fourth & Pine Salve/Splash

Brush: Omega Boar
Soap/Cream: Shaver Heaven "Arctic Mango"
Razors: iKon X3 (WTG,), Rockwell 6S (3,3,1) (XTG, XTG, ATG)
Blades: Gillette Nacet (1), Polsilver (1)
Post-shave: Alum, Emu oil, Pinaud Clubman, The Stray Whisker "After Balm"

This is probably my favourite SH soap, the scent is really enjoyable and I think the menthol really makes it.
The Nacet is not quite as nice as the Rubie. Felt good this morning, and with new blades felt an ATG pass was warranted.
The Alum stung a little more than usual, but the results are certainly that little bit nicer and really close to BBS.
It did warrant the use of the ASB however, I felt a bit burnt about 1/2 hour after the shave.
Love the Pinaud, haven't used it for a while and it's really nice to use it again.

Have a happy Easter everyone, and if you're able to give generously to the Good Friday Appeal.

Semogue 1800, MWF, Mingshi, Polsilver,Witch Hazel,Nivea,Old Spice Musk,VCS
Faux Futur Friday: Three passes starting with the Mingshi set on 3,then was feeling adventurous so dialled up to 6. With that setting and the Polsilver it felt like I was using a guarded straight! Actually don't think the guard had any effect as it was all blade contact and going very steady, paying close attention to angle and pressure.Very close result with a little irritation on the chin at the end but am attributing it to the multiple short strokes.Needed them to avoid any blood because the razor on that setting is so aggressive

Pre: PAA Cube
Soap: PAA Atomic travel soap

I haven't shaved for 2 days so decided I'd mix things up by using a slant with a blade I've never tried before and after tonights shave I'm not very impressed with the blade's performance (n) Managed to prepare a super creamy lather but to no avail, the blade constantly tugged at my beard the first 2 passes (WTG & ATG) and oddly enough the only time it actually felt smooth was on the 3rd pass (XTG) which I normally avoid when using a slant through fear of slicing my face up due to the slant's distinct blade angle :banghead: I'll try the blade in a different razor as despite the resistence I was still able to achieve a DFS due to the soap and proper technique  Hope you have a great long weekend!

G'day @Razor Burn - how do you find the PAA cube? I'm intrigued by this product.

Brush: omega boar
Razor:6s(4)
Blade: 7o'clock yellow
bath/shave Soap : sss Delor de Treget.
post: Delor de Treget splash
used the complete set of Delor de Treget today for a dfs result. seems to also lack longevity to me but now im wondering if it is just me with scent fatigue if that is a thing.

Progress w/Gillette Indian green
TurnNshave angel hair synthetic
MWF
Anherb balm

Whipped up a monster lather and had a very close and comfortable shave with the progress...but I must admit that no blade gives me as awesome a result as the Polsilver.

Hi @TomG - In all honesty mate the PAA preshave soaps all perform great so whichever one you choose you'll be fine. I prefer the Pear & Fig puck version as you can store it in a tin which you can't with the Cube, plus there's an ingrediant within the Cube which gives my skin a slight reaction which I don't get from the CaD or Pear versions.

Brush: Vulfix 403 Mixed
Razor: Gillette Slim Twist
Blade: English Wilky
Soap: Wolfpac Ice Pac
A/S: Floid Vigoroso

Nice slow and leisurely shave today. Found a sample of Wolfpac from the Stray Whisker and thought I’d give it a run. I wasn’t disappointed, quick and easy to lather, slick and cushioning with a decent enough dose of menthol.

Say "Pear and Fig puck" really quick 10 times.

Anyone that's watched Blade Runner 2049 might recognise the lego piece as the 'Spinner'. Fresh off the lego production line yesterday (not me, I don't touch the stuff).

Fat Tip
Vodskhod Blade (Mildest Blade in my Den)
Mondial Mandarino
Semogue 1305

And most importantly some great advice from a Master @SpeedyPC as follows:
"have you tried the Fatip Grande with a Voskhod or either Astra Superior Platinum blade, for another words have you tried a mild blade and always ride the top cap in short strokes that way it doesn't feel too aggressive to shave"

Only one tiny wincy nick can live with that

Thanks @SpeedyPC followed the instruction to the letter and what a F!@#*!#% good shave, brilliant and real close took my time and 4 passes. Still not sure I personally love the Fat Tip but at least for now I know how to use it. Thanks again @SpeedyPC
