RR Bruce synthetic
AOS tallow un-scented

Another day of un-scented soap as my skin is still a bit inflamed from the harsh, very dry winter weather!

The Bruce synthetic is absolutely wonderful! The sparsely packed knot actually works in its favour. Despite the 15mm glue bump, it performs admirably.
Will use the Yaqi plissoft tomorrow which has a tiny glue bump and densely packed.

Pre-Shave: Kiss my Face Olive Oil Soap, cold water
Razor: B&R Adjustable (2/1)
Blade: Voskhod (2)
Brush: Doug Korn D7 Turquoise
Lather: APR Bombora
Post-Shave: Alum, Thayers Original Alcohol Free Witch Hazel, South Australian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Another stellar shave with the B&R adjustable and some wonderful APR lather on a very hot summer day.

I hope you all have a fantastic Friday (y)

I love the texture of the media on which the objects lay and the calibrated desaturation of the photograph as a whole. The chosen section of artwork is ideally married to the complimentary hues and themes of Bombora. A very evocative photograph that frames the fragrance and the objects effortlessly. Without a doubt the best thematic narrative I have seen with my products in a long time my friend.. thank you!

Thank you very much - it is really funny how you analyzed me from afar...I had your lovely soap in my hands, was sniffing it and looked around...this painting was just screaming out at me...

BTW: I always thought this scent would work better on "cooler" (speak ~30°C) summer days - it was just phenomenal on a 40°C day like today (y)
