Brush: Graydog Arizona Mesquite Maggard 28mm SHD fan
Head: Headblade Moto
Razor: Rocca V4 R94 - on loan from @Errol (thanks)(y)
Blade: Wizamet SI (1)
Soap: AP Reserve Suitably Attired Summer
Bowl: Rover from Artisan Arcade
Pre: Shower
Post: AP Reserve Suitably Attired Australian A/S splash & Escentials Restoration Serum
WTG, ATG, Touchups = BBS

Such an enjoyable shave and the scents are up there with my favourites from the APR range.
I can highly recommend the SHD fan knot as super dense, good backbone and only shed 1 hair plus the handle is expertly turned by a master from the USA!
Head shave wise I felt lazy so used the Headblade which is basically a nimble cart so thankfully no irritation.
Had an opportunity to use the Rocca R94 again and of the 3 versions this one feels the best as I prefer the added heft and the grip is spot on. Shaved super smooth and as close as expected with blade feel similar to the Karve SB D plate... 2 quick passes + touchup and looking good until tonight.
Stay Safe & Happy Shaves!
See you in Game 3 Queenslanders... GO THE BLUES!!!

Glad someone could get the Thing to work.

In all honesty I can see your point as when I chase a solid DFS+ I tend to get a bit of redness on my neck area as my hair grows weirdly requiring an extra pass.
I can normally get away with just WTG & ATG but seeing how close the Rocca shaves I also add a XTG which can cause redness but normally no burn...
Most times this results in a BBS shave but sometimes it can cause redness.

Pre-shave:- Hot Shower
Brush:- DSC -Galaxy 26mm tuxedo
Soap/Cream:- Declaration Grooming - Bangarang
Razor:- Muhle - Rocca R94
Blade:- Gillette - Stainless (12)
Post Shave:- Declaration Grooming - Bangarang AS Balm / Nivea - Sensitive PS Balm

2 pass WTG + touchups = DFS+. Another enjoyable shave. Gillette Stainless keeps getting better, still smooth and efficient.

The Soap Bangarang, No official scent notes. Soap scent strength medium, splash scent strength light to medium. The scent is a really well balanced fougere. Its not dark, and heavy-handed on the bay, lavender, and oakmoss. Bay, light citrus notes, light floral, lavender, oakmoss.I really enjoy this scent with the simplicity and balance of the scent and how the scent starts and begins in the same scent order. On the dry down, just a really nice lightly floral, bay, lavender, citrus notes. The splash is a little sweeter and less bay and more floral. The scent I would describe a masculine to neutral as fougere's scents are not usually a womans cup of tea. This scent I can see my other half not objecting too.

I am a very critical of fougere scents. A lot of the ones being released recently are either very dark or extremely green. I would never ever consider using these scents in a cologne. Bangarang is an easy wearing scent and one you could wear every day. I liked it so much I have purchased the cologne for it due to me lacking an easy wearing fougere scent and not a smack in the face green fougere like Brut.

This is a thumbs up scent from me (y).

What a sublime shave!! big thanks to @Gargravarr for the tuck of Gillette yellows.. awesome blades, plenty sharp and so smooth. Now of to buy me some 😊
Glad you liked them. In the back of my mind I had a kind of YMMV thing wondering if you might hate them, but glad you didn't. They skated under my radar for years, but now I'm hooked. Give them a try with the JAWS, you might be pleasantly surprised...:)

First shave ever with this blade and I echo @StratMan as the shave was sublime - smooth and sharp without any bite!
I'll be sure to add some Yellow's to my collection as they seem to pair well.
