starting to get the hang of this brush and seeing that once your happy with your lather, it pretty much stays the same to the end with maybe some minor adjustments of water to further dial it in. Certainly starting to enjoy this brush.

as for the WR2..... it continues to amaze, very very happy with this razor.

I also prefer smaller brushes.

Simpsons Milk Churn, Best Badger
Cella
ATT Gem

I really like Gem razors and the shave that they give. The Sabre is the most aggressive of my Gem collection, followed by this razor and finished off with the Ever Ready. I know that not everyone loves GEM blades, but for me they work a treat.

All these folks with their fancy photos and fancy products - but I'm sure that none had a better shave than I with the scruffy stuff below. This really is a sensational soap BTW ...

Is that Pinaud in a plastic bottle? Have you tried transferring to glass to see if it makes a difference like is suggested for the Lilac Vegetal or is that a myth?

Nope, never tried in anything else - love it just the way it is.

I think I have some LV around if you want me to send to you to test the idea?

Brush: PAA Atomic Rocket
Razor: RR Wunderbar Ti
Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (1)
Pre: Shower
Soap: APR Alfredus Choice
Post: Palmers Olive Butter Lotion // Phoenix & Beau Imperial Rum Solid Cologne

Another fantastic pre-work SOTD with this setup. A toss up between Alfredus Choice and General Ledger to see what scent to use as they're both niiiice! The GSB pairs well with the Wunderbar - super smooth and efficient :) Loving the hydration from the Olive Butter and the solid cologne is getting a good workout, with matching soap on order  Happy shaves!
