Nacet isnt as smooth as the BIC or Minora in this razor, still reasonably smooth and got a very close shave. The G5C is a champion brush, very happy with the knot. The brush itself has instantly become my favorite.. Pics dont do it justice, just a beautiful brush to look at. The feel is excellent, the burl adds a touch of weight which I love, balance is excellent.

so how was this brush named? well it truly looks like the oceans and earth collide and gives it a look as if its a chuck of earth looking from space, hence Apollo.. Also doesnt hurt hat Apollo is the ancient Greek God of Music

With the .94 gap, the WR1 is the closest thing to shaving with a straight yet IMHO.

At this gap, it's a more aggressive shave than a WR2 or the LASSC BBS-1.

That handle looks great, still prefer the OG handle for it though as seen in Klinkers latest SOTD but that's a nice pairing for sure!

Well I was a little pre-emptive with my comment yesterday about an 'early flight'. It was meant to be 6:00 departure but the First Officer was sick, time to get a replacement meant a 10:45 departure and arrival at the event I was going to in MEL with just enough time to put down my back and get straight up on stage!

So 'interesting' traveling at the moment.
