Hmmm...I fear that would be an all-in arrangement with everything I own pushed to the centre of the felt. I'd be back to a single razor, some Proraso soap and AS loti....wait a second, eureka, that's how I enter the final stage of my metamorphosis into @Drubbing -hood

Enter the Weber! What a beautiful razor. I was thinking about waiting until next year to use this beauty, but couldn't hold off any longer.

I'm told that with the Weber you need a few dates under your belt before its love for life. Not a bad first date, but here's to happy times ahead! [emoji6]

And I really love this scent! Went to church smelling of whiskey and spiced rum... [emoji13]

I promise you mate it will only get better, though you'll never forget your first shave with it. I might use my Weber PH tomorrow as you find me pining for it now. If I could have but one razor this would be it...sorry @Drubbing

GET IT. It's the perfect jermyn st smell. Lingers around in perfect strength. I prefer it to the heavy punch of the EDT.

I only regret I didn't get some a year ago. I'd still buy it at thirty bucks it lasts forever anyway

Back from the wilderness with a four day growth.

Wilderness you say? How could that be?

Long story but think 13 people in a house (well our family were in tents on the front lawn) with one toilet, a shower over the bath and a kitchen sink, no other available water not even a laundry tub. It was a dairy farm in the middle of nowhere with 4.7 million flies on this property alone. Never had to swat flies while showering before ...

On the other hand I got to feed the poddy calves, put the milking machine on the udders, whilst avoiding kicks and cows deciding to wee and poo, and get a couple of great shots.

Anyway back to civilization (or at least Canberra)

Brush: Vintage butterscotch Simpson
Razor: Gillette Slim on 6
Blade: Personna Lab Blue - shave 1
Soap/Cream: Cella
Aftershave: Floid

Couldn't inflict this growth on the P74 so grabbed the Slim and threw in a Lab Blue - this is heaven!

Glad to see you have enjoyed the trials @stillshunter !

That Hoffritz you sold to some undeserving philistine sent me onto an obsessive journey to get my hands on one. This 4 piece beauty packs neatly into a small leather zippered case, with bakelite blade bank. Performance wise it's a ripper. So glad that I bumped into you!

You answered your own question mate :)
If it's irritating/tugging, time to replace.
It's not like they're $2.50 a cartridge and have to eek out every bit of cutting performance.

So nice to be home with decent shaves and CBR is so quiet at this time of the year :)

Love the Proraso E&M in summer, even getting on friendly terms with the P74 blade ...
