I am super happy and very please with Pb Smokey Lavender, I really like this kinda soap base and quality texture. However. There's a small drawback issue is mainly just slickness, would be nice to add a bit more slickness from this soap base either tallow (beef), coconut oil, avocado oil or jojoba oil, whichever the ingredients can provide more slickness. Overall post shave feels is excellent, definitely up there at the top margin which just about two steps below from the original MWF tallow performance.

I would definitely love a full tub size in my bloody den for GOOD!! Keep it up @Pbgoose, just keep it up.

Sadly, this morning's shave was rushed, since I had an early appointment. Not my best intro to the Pb Smokey Lavender, but I promise to do better tomorrow. :) I really like this soap. It smells lovely, and I can definitely see it becoming a favourite. I had no issues with slickness, but I typically make my lather quite wet, so it worked out just fine. Thanks again to @Pbgoose for his generosity. (y)

The original lid to this bowl of soap was one of those flat-top ones, but it warped rather suddenly, so I've replaced it with the lid from my last tub.
