Lather: Australian Private Reserve Mycroft
Post-shave: Australian Private Reserve Mycroft Splash

My first time using APR products and from my somewhat limited wet shaving experience they are definitely worth trying. The soap provided very good slickness and cushion. It took me a little time to build a useable lather, likely the result of leaving the brush too wet, using Barrister & Mann almost exclusively probably contributed to this but a little time and a little work and the resulting lather was very good. The scent on the splash after dry down is nothing short of amazing, I cant stop smelling my hands. Tremendous work @todras and @Sxot. It makes me very proud to say that we have products of this calibre being produced in Australia. Fantastic.
 
Preshave: Hot water splash

Brush: TF Custom "Rainbow Falls" 24mm 2 Band Finest.
Soap: B&M "Night Music"
Post shave: Hot water splash, Alu Block, Cold Water Splash.
Aftershave/Edp: B&M "Night Music Splash & EdT"

Lovely three pass shave. The Sticky is such a user-friendly razor - outstanding head design.

Didn't shave yesterday so had a couple of days growth to take care of.

Was looking forward to using the 'Winter Fell' soap/splash sample from @todras.
Not sure if its a Game of Thrones reference but Winter Fell is a very Castle Black style of scent. One I can easily imagine the "Watchers at the Wall" at Castle Black wearing / smelling like this! To my nose this morning it was a dark, resinous brooding heavy scent - leather, woods, oak moss, tar, animals ?? Think Baskerville by P&B or "Darkfall" by L&L Grooming. I am a big fan of these darker, wintery scents. And @todras has done great things with this one.

I will buy this product and use it until my watch ends.

Gee whiz, if you have not tried Squadron Soap you really ought to get along here - How does a FREE tub of Squadron Soap sound?

The APR splash is just wonderful too. Glad I will be first in line to get the upcoming releases ...

Hmmm, so the Bourbon Rose is formulated in an EDP too, better budget for that too.,.

I would have considered @alfredus a friend and fellow gentleman shaver before you and your LE releases of Australian Private Reserve.

Now we fight, bloodied in tooth and claw, over each other to ensure that we don't miss out, oh you have a lot to answer for Mr @todras

If you guys are like this now, all out war is going to erupt in spring when 'Passione' (Orris Root/Passionfruit Fougère) drops ;)
