And here is me thinking they would go live on Tuesday, or possibly Wednesday morning

It seems my graphic designer and all round good guy has been really busy while I slept too ...

The striking new designs for Autumn and Winter can be found on the AP Reserve Website for anyone curious. Fortunately the summer fragrance names are being finalised at the moment so the colours can stay under wraps for now.

Oh, so now to start saving for Summer releases ...

Razor: flat bottom aristocrat jr #49
Blade: feather (new)
Soap: B&M sandlewood
Brush: whipped dog 24mm silvertip
Post: Alum and witch hazel.

This was a nice cold water shave post haircut, the B&M performs beautifully and has made the list of things I gotta buy, I probably won't go with this scent however.
Very close and comfortably

Brush: Vulfix 403
Razor: EJ 89
Blade: Feather
Soap: Williams
A/S: Malizia Uomo Vetyver

Pre: Valobra Glycerlanolina soap, Myrsol Emulsion
Brush: Tony Forsyth Platypus P&C LE 2017 Manchurian Silvertip,
Soap: OSP Orange Patchouli

Razor: Merkur Futur (2)
Blade: Vintage Gillette Super Silver (1)
Post: Osma Aftershave balm
EDP: APR Mycroft

Tried the second of my new OSP soap acquisitions. Performance identically excellent. This soap is seriously good.
Was equally impressed by the performance of the Osma aftershave balm. It is first balm I have tried that has seriously challenged my benchmark Myrsol Emulsion, for me at least.
The vintage Super Silver blades are just so sharp! Even with the Futur on a conservative setting of 2, the Super Silver scythed through my stubble with consumate ease and very little clearance from my epidermis. Now I realise why I was howling at the moon last week using this blade with the ATT H2 Open Comb plate!
Finished with the dark and devilish APR Mycroft - a superb scent.

Razor: Vintage Darwin Standard
Blade: Vintage NOS English Wilkinson Sword (10)
Brush: Vintage butterscotch Simpson
Soap/Cream: Phoenix & Beau Spitfire shaving soap
Aftershave Splash: Pitralon 'Swiss' splash
Cologne: Phoenix & Beau Spitfire solid cologne

Oh I DO like the Spitfire from @Kerry@Phoenix&Beau !

If I just had a matching splash it would have had been complete :)

Pre: Shower
Soap: Pb Nettle/Neem
Brush: Zenith Boar
Razor: General
Blade: Feather Pro Super (7)
Post: Hemp oil
AS: APR Alfredus Choice
That's it for the Feather Pro Super. I felt I was pushing 7 and only got the last couple by showering first. The Nettle/Neem soap is pretty much a cream. The Zenith is possibly the wrong choice for this soap. Still works just takes a little more lathering time.
Noticed some brassing on the General... should I be concerned?

Woolies bath soap
Fatip Grande with Lord Racer blade (1)
Tim's Greek Peach
Omega 49
Re-lather and warm rinse

Third pass was unnecessary. This razor is a PITA to align the blade but worth the effort for its efficiency - it allows a steep angle WTG and a shallow angle ATG, which sorts out a comfortable BBS in two passes nicely. Given that I'm getting over 10 shaves regularly from these blades, I can overlook the blade alignment issue - that's what the blade tabs are for anyway! A couple of weepers but that's always expected on a new blade for me.

Rockwell R4 w/ikon bulldog handle
PolAg (5 and out)
Evershave quarter moon synth
Speick stick
Nivea splash

Man oh man, i just love the Speick stick! I rub the stick on just my cheeks and that's enough soap for 3 passes!

This is probably the most underrated soap in our entire hobby. The scent is one of my all time favorites and the performance can't be beat!

I shaved yesterday afternoon before going out to a bday party and it was so close that i won't be shaving today... Very rare for me.

What a treat!!
For those that haven't used Speick stick, grab one ASAP!!

Razor: Eclipse Red Ring
Soap: B&M sandlewood
Blade: Feather (2)
Brush: high mountain whipped dog
Post: TSW balm

Super easy shave, fantastic result.

I really like the B&M soap, the performance is great but the scent is nice and mild which I really enjoy.
Might have to try some of their other offerings

Pre-Shave: @khun_diddy Olive Oil Soap, cold water
Razor: Timeless 0.68 Scalloped H4 SS kindly loaned by @Korbz
Blade: Ladas (2)
Brush: Tony Forsyth Platypus Prototype Bob Quinn Manchurian
Lather: Mike's Bay Rum
Post-Shave: Alum, Stirling Bay Laurel Witch Hazel, Australian Emu Oil

Four shaves in and I think I have the razor figured out: with the correct angle and a light touch it gives a really closes and comfortable shave - even with the very heavy original handle.

The Bob Quinn knot is another one punching well above its weight (price) - I enjoy it a lot and it produced some of the best Mike's lather.

I hope you all have a great start into the new week

Brush: Semogue 620
Soap: APR, Lixiviant
Razor: Auto Strop VC2
Blade: Feather, FHS-10
Post: APR, Lixiviant

Another great shave with the Lixiviant, really enjoying this scent!
Second go with the Auto Strop and it really does work well. I have been reading up on these and found this is a VC2. I didn't realise that Auto Strop became a subsidiary of Gillette, well sort of, it seems the owner of Auto Strop ended up running Gillette. Some interesting stuff here; https://www.badgerandblade.com/forum/threads/autostrop-valet-razors-a-typology-in-13-parts.521932/ , if your interested.
