Shower
Fatip Grande with Lord Racer blade (3)
Palmolive stick
Proraso brush
Re-lather, warm rinse, Nivea Sensitive ASB

Blade has now mellowed out nicely. Should be good for the next ten shaves like this if history is any guide. Should probably start off a new blade in a mild razor for the first couple of shaves to avoid the initial weepers and then move it to an efficient one like this. I just don't like mild razors as I need to either keep a perfect angle (difficult / time consuming) or undertake too many passes to get my treasured BBS...

Pre-Shave: @khun_diddy Olive Oil Soap, cold water
Razor: BBS-1
Blade: Voskhod (1)
Brush: Thäter 2-band Bulb
Lather: Australian Private Reserve Bay City
Post-Shave: Alum, Stirling Bay Laurel Witch Hazel, Australian Emu Oil

This razor is simply magnificent - nothing more to add. It is a shame not more shavers can experience it, but there is a reason it is so much sought after - wonderfully smooth, yet exceptionally efficient.

I must admit, I was never a fan of bulb shaped knots (pun intended). And at first I thought it would be the same with this Thäter. But it has now (after ~10 uses) become seriously soft and still has the desired level of backbone. So there might be a spot for a bulb in my den after all...and of course it produced some stellar Australian Private Reserve lather.

## I hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday

Pre: Valobra Glycerlanolina soap, Myrsol Emulsion
Brush: Semogue SOC Boar
Soap: Wickham 1912 Club Cola

Razor: Merkur Futur (2)
Blade: Vintage Gillette Super Silver (3)
Post: Osma Aftershave balm
EDT: GFT Eucris

A rare am shave for me. My first use of the current Wickham 1912 range - I still use their earlier Imperial Tonic soap. The Club Cola performed like a champ.
Amazingly accurate cola scent, and lovely lather. The soap scent worked well with Eucris.

No photos but it did happen :) A great shave, just a single pass but so good.
Semogue 620
Rituki 6/8" Extreme hollow
My soap and finished with Macadamia nut oil and Lemon Myrtle.

My experimenting continues with my Arkansas hones and straight machine oil. They cut faster and cleaner compared to thinner lubricants.

Brush: Semogue 620
Soap: Dr Jon's, Savannah Sunrise
Razor: Ever Ready, 1924
Blade: Gem
Post: Savannah Sunrise

Felt the Dr Jon's calling this evening and all very enjoyable, except the menthol in the aftershave, hmm.
I used to think I was a mild razor guy but when you get it right with a 1924 that's a dam fine shave.

Have a good evening

Guerrilla SB
Polsilver SI
Thater 2 Band
Catie's Bubbles "322" Combo

Vetiver is one of my favourite scents and the 322 definitely does not disappoint, rich, earthy and smokey whilst still managing to somehow have a fresh feel to it. The scent lasts for hours as well which is a huge bonus. The Guerilla SB provides such an easy and smooth shave. Having used it for some time now I also find that I can get quite a close shave from it despite how mild it feels on the face. I also knew that I would be receiving the OC version of the Guerrilla today so wanted to get another shave in with it for comparison. I really hope everyone enjoyed their shave today as much as I did.

Love to hear your thoughts on the Guerrilla OC. Have been quite sick in last fortnight so no time to post my reviews. Have not posted on the P&C traveling 4A box nor on the Guerrilla OC with pictures so feel I'm letting the side down. Hopefully this weekend I can get back on track. In regards to the Guerrilla OC was surprised by the finish on the backside, as you maybe as well. And really surprised that it doesn't shave the same. Was expecting a change but not that much.
Hopefully if you have more time than me you can share your thoughts. So back to bed for me to rest.

First run with the OC will be in the morning and I look forward to sharing my thoughts on it over the coming days.
