Pre: Valobra Glycerlanolina soap, Myrsol Emulsion
Brush: Tony Forsyth P&C LE 2017
Soap: Klar Sport
Razor: ATT Kronos M2
Blade: Personna Super Iridium (1)
Post: Myrsol Emulsion
EdT: Accra Kappa Green Mandarin

I used a tip given to me from other Forum Members for the Klar Soap - sliced a few very fine shavings of soap and bloomed in bowl whilst prepping. It worked a treat - the lather was just beautiful, resulting in a very comfortable and claret-free DFS+.
The scent of Klar Sport is a very pleasant European Cologne - I would love Valobra Cologne soap to have this scent.
A fresh PSI blade did the usual, at least for me, and was both sharp and smooth.
As it was a midday Shave on a warm day, finished with surely the most extreme of all citrus EdTs - Accra Kappa Green Mandarin.

Pre: Coconut Oil
Soap: Bath House Cuban Cedar & Lime
Brush: Semogue Boar
Razor: Peerless
Post: Jojoba
Bath House Cuban Cedar & Lime wasn't quite as convincing as I expected. It was good. No specific complaints. Lathered easily and performed fine. I don't think it's as good as the Saponificio Varesino and I expected the scent to come out more on lathering but I'm very happy to have it in the rotation.

Pity CC&L didn't live up to your expectation, but if it's good enough to remain in rotation then that's a pretty good praise in its own right :)

The scent for me is a good 6/10 so it was plenty strong for my standards but i know many prefer stronger.

Razor: Vintage Gillette 'Fatboy' Adjustable (5)

A lovely shave on an overcast and brooding morning.

"smooth, sexual, pornographic, animalic" - hmmm, not so much really. Am I doing something wrong @UKSteve ?

I hope that the weather stays OK in Brisbane, would not want anything happening up there interrupted by rain would be :)

Nah, in true accountant style I imagine your shaves are in silence, quite sterile and probably involve an extensive post shave session on some form of spreadsheet. Carry on.

Putting my SOTDs into a spreadsheet - now there is a thought ... :sneaky:

That's bloody awesome

Paging @alfredus :ROFLMAO:

Not that you or @UKSteve care but the thought of an average cost per shave across different products or, better still, an average cost per shave across different products AND with different brushes does sound kinda exciting!

No?

No, sorry just no.

Rockwell 6S (6)
Lord Racer blade (8)
Razorock P.160
Proraso boar brush
Re-lather, rinse, Nivea Sensitive Balm

A very nice 3 pass (XTG/ATG/ATG) BBS with some cleanup. This soap is not bad at all really, apart from a very light tingling sensation that seems to last the whole day after using it. Probably the benzaldehyde I'm guessing...

This brush has been dropping in my esteem. The loft is so short that it takes a fair bit of effort and pressure to work up a lather and it doesn't hold as much as the brushes with higher lofts. The Omega 48 is the sweet spot for me in boars - that extra 10mm free loft completely changes the experience - hardly need any pressure or time to really get a good lather going.

Sounds fun. Please share some sort of scatter or bubble graph won’t you.
I’ve done you a Pie Chart from my records of shaves in 2017.

Brush: Vulfix 403 Pure
Razor: Mamba
Blade: Minx
Soap: TFS Pinup 'Mattino'
A/S: B&M Reserve Cool

Haven't used anything other than the Mamba since it arrived. Paired with a sharp and smooth blade it's just perfect for me. Love the scent and performance from the TFS soap although the container is way too small for comfortable use.

Australian Private Reserve Coeur De Vert Soap
Antica Barbieria Colla Boar
Mühle Rocca R95 - Nacet
Australian Private Reserve Coeur De Vert Splash
Australian Private Reserve Coeur De Vert EdP

I didn’t see eye to eye with the APR Coeur De Vert when I smelled it from the tub/bottle, don’t judge a book by it’s cover is very apt here, in use it’s sublime. To think I nearly sold this on, really glad I didn’t.
The Mühle Rocca R95, used a Nacet, enough blade feel to know it’s there, very smooth, manouverable and capable shaver, very happy with the purchase.

Well it seems I'm not the only one using the CdV this morning! Subliminal effect of watching a video review yesterday?

Great shave -
