Yeah, it's a fantastic soap indeed.
Try the coconut version, I like it even more than the almond.

Rainy morning in Sydney - but that's OK - means school sport cancelled!!!
Lovely lather as usual from the Mikes - most of my soaps are not tallow-based, so I really appreciate the silkiness of the Mike's lather.
Modified 4-pass as per yesterday, the SE blades just go on forever - this is #6 of 3-4 pass shaves and still great! On with the Floid .

Looking forward to catching up this afternoon with the P&C crew

Thoughts...
- Yes, I do use the soap I rave about. It's what I use when I don't post a SOTD because doxologies are boring
- Over the next week I want to revisit blades I tried early on and dismissed. I plan to stick with Major Wood and the same razor combo. Today it was the very first blade I ever used - Personna Reds (despite the fact they are in this blue container, my research says they are Reds). Well.. how wrong can somebody be about dismissing a blade! These are so smooth it's incredible and pretty sharp besides. I really enjoyed today's shave and these blades need to be tried so more I'll need to order a decent amount.
- Mmmm. SAA and I get to order a GL soap from @todras. Life is good.

Back to the gym this afternoon after a long absence. Had an "oh shit" moment on Friday when I saw a photo of myself on the workplace Facebook. Came home to a hot shower and great shave.

The performance on the OSP is fantastic. Love the Permasharp with the Rockwell #3.

My first try today at my own menthol soap and I'm mighty pleased. The cool factor was mild which I'm thrilled with as I can use that level to increase the menthol if I'm after more face freeze. If. and it will be a big if, if I don't react to the menthol I may just buy a big bag "in case"

The effect of the soap was cool after 20 seconds or so and then just very fresh and pleasant.

So many soaps to make and so little time.
