I was seriously worried when you posted no lather shot yesterday, it's a mark of stability in this community that you post either the Stirling or Mikes lather shot

We are thinking about a 1.5kg tub as I was using a 32mm Polo a couple of weeks ago and only got 2 shaves from the 125g puck!
I'd like a 44 gallon drum of it mate :)

The Gillette adjustables just give consistently good shaves. Enjoy using the Squadron soap and splash, good performance with a nice scent.

Pre: Pb Pre Shave Emulsion
Soap: Pb French Green Garden
Brush: 26mm TF KBBB
Razor: J A Henckels 472
Post: Jojoba Oil
AS: Pb The Black Spruce
Inspired by @Jamie to pull out the 472 again. Fine shave but I don't think this blade is really singing for me yet. It's probably time Mr Henckels met Miss Atoma and I don't know if he's going to like it.:)

Pre: shower and American Crew oil
Brush: Yaqi Mysterious Space Tuxedo
Soap: PAA Dapper Doc
Razor: Rockwell 6s (3)
Blade: Gillette Silver Blue
Aftershave: Stirling Bergamot Lavender

Used my old bowl which haven’t used in over 3 years I reckon. Just a smooth green light metal of some sort. Am looking at getting a potter from Etsy to make me a custom one which is smaller and has grooves to help the lather build.

Enjoy the weekend everyone!

Rockwell 6S R3 w/ Polsilver (3)
Yaqi Tuxedo
Face Fat Shaving Lavander Soap
Chatillion Lux Champs De Lavande Splash
TSW After Balm

Seen this brand on Instagram and thought I would give it a go being Australian. Hands down the slickest vegan base soap I have used yet. I'll post a lather shot. It had pretty good post shave feel as well.

The scent was a nice darker lavander scent. It was pretty light in though. Didn't get stronger during the lather and didn't last the after balm.

I would recommend this to anyone keen on an Aussie made vegan soap.

Ooh! I've never even heard of this before... I must investigate.

Semogue Boar, Mitchells Wool Fat, Filarmonica Inox, Witch Hazel, Viet Fougere
I haven't used the Fili for a few months as I prefer the Bengall. It is a nice blade, hones to very sharp, easy to manoeuvre and does give a nice shave but for some reason I just can't seem to really like it as a regular user.Yes it was good to use a pretty, light and efficient razor,I just find the Bengall suits my technique more as I can use more pressure and "aggression" and the Filarmonica is a light touch blade.A comfortable and close shave, although a little tentative.

A great early morning shave for today, testing some of the amazing products I got from Dan!!!!

Pre: Hot water
Machine: Weber/UFO
blade: Polsilver stainless
brush: Yaqi synthetic
soap: Talboth Iliahi Ridge
splash: B&M Adumbrare

I didn;'t knew about this soap artisan till recently. I reckon they make very small batches that are sold at Etsy. That is, not limited editions, but smallish batches. The splash was another B&M limited edition, this time to reddit subs. This soap is haitian vetiver? soap. The scent is not as penetrant as SMG one, vut still strong. I reckon that it is better performer than the smg, but with just one shave it is far to be clear for me. Both are pretty good. The Adumbrare is above citricuya in scent for me. They are both in the top of what I have sniffed so far from B&M. I am not sure but I reckon these both are not made with the reserve splash composition, but with the equivalent to glissant (i.e. same composition of seville). They do a good job but as usual, you cannot get the healing properties unless you suffer a bit on the shave (but the skin gets benefits from them in the mid term).
This is the second use of the blade, but it count as first too (previous shave was with one edge and this one with the other). I think on the first pass it is still a bit rude, but then it goes really smoooth
I don't see this ones often, were they discontinued time a go? I see other polsilvers but not that ones.

Yet another very succesful shave :D

Never heard of, but I am right now watching reviews from Spencer Frankel and Cris Maden (Another cut above)

Brush: Zenith Boar
Razor: EJ 89
Blade: Croma (1)
Soap: Williams
A/S: Aqua Velva

First use of a Croma blade, found them for sale locally and at 30 blades for $5.00 I thought I'd give them a go. Glad I did, a very nice smooth and irritation free shave. Also finished off a puck of Williams today.

Pre: Warm water
Razor: Muhle Rocca
Blade: Polsilver SI (2)
Brush: Razorock BC Silvertip Synthetic
Soap: Phoenix & Beau Imperial Rum
Post: Old Spice Aftershave Lotion

Very nice second shave with the Rocca. Think I still prefer the Rockwell as a daily driver but this razor works very well as a two-pass shaver, such is its efficiency. A different blade might bring out its qualities even more.
